I’m really starting to regret ever seen this video. I ordered about $380 worth of bags November 2023 and I’ve only received one so far. The bag looks good, but purchasing and paying for the bag took a split second and then it’s like they disappeared. They either owe me two bags or a refund, I’ll probably just sell the bag to somebody else since it’s not gonna match what I already have. I wish they would answer the phone at least to tell me that I’m not gonna get my bags and issue me a refund or tell me it’s gonna take another six months. Something must’ve happened to this company but I’ve seen this kind of behavior before, and it never turns out well. If they’ve went out of business, they shouldn’t be taking orders. It merchandise from them and I don’t know what’s happening. I just want my bags so I can start using them. My next move will be filing a complaint with a BBB.

@@RevZilla i ordered directly from Larosa as they were going to make matching tool and sissy bar bags. I don’t mimd the wait, but at least let answer your phone and emails and let customers know when to expect their products. After reading yelp reviews and BBB complaints, I don’t even know if they are still in business.
I wish I had seen this comment sooner. I had a similar experience with ordering directly from La Rosa’s website. Once the order was placed, not a peep. After quite awhile, I emailed to cancel my order. They emailed me back that night to tell me they would issue a refund once I sent the bag back. I emailed and said I never received the bag. The very next day they sent me the tracking number… that they started AFTER I already canceled. USPS still showed that they hadn’t even received the item yet, they just purchased the label. I emailed them asking why they are sending the bag AFTER I canceled and they said they had already sent the bag (I don’t think they know how the internet works as you could see the tracking history on USPS). All I really cared about was getting the bag so if my “cancellation” forced them to send it, great! Well, took a week for the bag to come in, and wouldn’t you know… IT WAS THE WRONG BAG! I emailed them the pictures of the bag to let them know and I gave them the option of sending the correct bag and return label immediately or just sending me a return label and issuing a refund. The response, in half broken English, asked for proof of the wrong bag…. THATS WHY I SENT PICTURES IN THE FIRST PLACE! Once I pointed that out to them, they said they would take care of it. Then again, crickets. I emailed asking for the tracking number several times, no response. My last email was to threaten that I’d just dispute the charge on my card but I’d hate to do that since they did at least send a bag. All I was asking for is a return label at this point. Then of course, magically, they respond saying they sent the correct bag. They didn’t say anything about a return label. I get the correct bag a week later (today) and lo and behold, no return label. So now, I have two bags and only paid for one. I’m trying to be honest about it but I guess they don’t really care about getting the first bag back? Why should I have to pay for shipping to send them the wrong bag back to them? I don’t want them to charge my card again, but at this point I’ve asked them for a return label at least 4 times and nothing. So, note to self, never buy from them again. Revzilla and CycleGear have great customer support, so I guess it’s safer buying third party…?

Probably not a video on installing saddlebags specifically, although there's always a chance. Since we sell so many items, it's hard to make install videos for everything. -DrewZilla

No, due to the shape of the swingarm on the M109R, they are not compatible. -DrewZilla
Which for Honda Fury?
None of these would work on a Fury, as the Fury doesn't have a triangular swingarm. It's only for Harley rigid frames and Softails. -DrewZilla

We don't know of any specifically designed for the Fury, but if you're able to find some saddlebag supports designed for the Fury, you could then use most any throw-over style soft saddlebags. -DrewZilla

My La Rosa bag fell apart and the straps that attach it to the bike (FXDF) are cracking. In my opinion not a good bag at all..

Do not buy from this company. Their customer service sucks so bad. If it's not through another retailer you will get ripped off. I bought two and canceled just after a day and I never received my refund and it's all BS trying to talk to them.

@@luisloya1120Wrong??? I got the same treatment. I would definitely not buy from them directly again. I just got my bag today after ordering over a month ago. Other comments echo the same sentiment the OP posted. I don’t see how they stay in business unless they’re just selling everything to third parties and that’s the bulk of their customers.
