Well here is a new one. The manual says to adjust the air pressure on the side of the machine from 6:00 to 8:00 liters per minute. If you look at the dial on the machine there's no measurement device. How the h e double toothpicks are you supposed to be able to tell that 6 or 8 liters per minute is coming through the breathing tube at the correct rate? Nowhere in the manual does it say how to accomplish this. Kudos if I could get a reply regarding this ill-informed contraption...

It's not supposed to produce steam, so that is a good thing. If it's not producing a fine mist, then there's a problem - no medicine in the cup, not turned on, not plugged in, hose/tube not attached properly, etc. If all those items are checked and OK, take it back to your retailer for a refund if in their refund window. If prescribed by you doctor and paid for by insurance, take it back to the medical equipment supplier and get a new one.

i do wish they would speak to use the users before making Nebs that are useless yeah they may pump out the med o.k but say you got kids or the grandchildren down at that fantastic age where there into everything you can not close the lid and hide all the mask and meds away and still have it ready to go you can't have it set up in the car lid down but ready to go the older one may have been a tad heaver but not much but it had great usability and was safer for children's little noise fingers and you could have some neb meds in there stored too even fit my epipen too good demo video tho so al give u a like lol

Nebulizers are for SCHEDULED use so there is no reason ('cept maybe laziness) to keep one "ready to go" - keep it put up out of reach of little fingers. On the go? That's what emergency inhalers are for. Stick it in your pocket or purse when you go out to the car or drive in the car.
If you're not using a prescription medication, same rules apply - nebulizers are for SCHEDULED use. Most cars today have a 12V-120V converter with at least one outlet. If you're doesn't - buy one for use in your car.
