Please follow instructions as indicated. I was using the nebulizer 3-4 times a day and breathing in extremely rather than 'slowly' as indicated on the video. Warning...I ended up with severe heart palpitations and was put on a beta blocker to offset the problem. I now use the nebulizer once every other day and it controls my COPD which has not worsen in over 3 years.

@@PhilipsHC Doctors tell me that the amount of use needed will vary from patient to patient while 3 times a day is a normal starting amount. As for me...I was inhaling to the extreme(deep inhalations) and that ..in doing so..'might' have brought about the heart palpitations. I stopped all use for several months until the beta blocker reduced the palpitations to a point that I (and the doctor) agreed to start use again using it once every other day. That is what I am doing right now and will continue as long as my oxygen intake is at 97-98% without any palpitations. I do not see why I should use it any more than needed.

Every time I entered my information...the order went through BUT the delivery address kept coming up United Kingdom instead of USA.I attempted(several times) to indicate USA but the order would not accept the change. Just started with a nebukizernfornmyndaughter but not this brand. Thanks as this video helped me. But man the medicine delivery they have here is barbaric. Glass ampules. Giant bottle of saline and a giant needle. No plastic squeeze ampules here. Feel like some sort of 1930’s nurse with this gear. Help

Hello, I bought this nebulizer and from the first time using it the air pressure is so low that I can barely feel it. If I put my hand on top of the hole without the tubing I can feel gentle air pressure but when I use the tube and mask it's not strong enough to blow the medication. Is my nebulizer defected?

i got prescribed one from my corona doctor, in addition to lots of other fantastic medications like hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin and doxycycline. Neb is supposed to help the cough with budesonine so I guess I’ll find out here shortly.

That is a huge markup. It has a five year warranty. Who should I complain to? Price gouging of the disabled and in-firmed. Unfair business practices in your hometown!

I paid $69.95 at a local small retailer and I found it it on the Philips website for $29.95, but no longer offered for sale. (wonder why?) Is there a phone number I can call you? I do still have the original box and a copy of the receipt from the local gouging retailer. I had to purchase a new one immediately, it’s made by DRIVE. @@PhilipsHC I am here, one month later.The Nebulizer just quit as I said, and I had to buy a new one. I paid $69.95 at a local small retailer and I found it it on the Philips website for $29.95, but no longer offered for sale. (wonder why?) Is there a phone number I can call you? Do you have a customer service email box. Please don’t ask me to return the unit to you. I am unable to go to the post office. I do still have the original box and a copy of the receipt from the local gouging retailer.
I had to purchase a new one immediately, it’s made by DRIVE.
