Hello, thank you very much for your helpful video, I have a problem maybe you can help me: I have a strange error with my Razer Blade RZ09-03009, there is no 5vALW and the EN1 voltage (enable) is not available either, but the 3vALW is available, the chip is (TPS 51285B) and the EC ITE (IT 8390E) as you know, there is no schematic on this laptop as well as the IT8390E, Is it possible that the enable voltage comes from separable pins of the EC and therefore the EC chip is defective? maybe you have an idea? thanks for another video, so what actually was an issue here? PC got stuck in Bios for some reason and resetting CMOS solved the problem? If so, did you have similar cases before, does it happen often?
