- In this video we take a look at Accurascales all new Mk2B coaches and do a comparison against Bachmann’s Mk2A. Lets see Whitchurch one is better value for money.

Another great slice from MarchWestJunctionTMD. I hope you're well. Andy love these videos nice coaches best regards Mark vickery
Hi Mark I’m all good thanks 👍 thank you for the kind comments and taking the time to watch.
Hope you are well too my friend.
Andy
Am liking the new coaches Andy.. A full rake would look superb behind any loco .
They are nice 👍 but not as cheap has the bargain coaches you’ve just had from Rhuddlan models you would only get 3/4 of an Accurascale coach for that money.
All the best to you and the family
Andy
Those Accurascale coaches look great, Andy. Nice review... Cheers James 🙂👍
Thanks James 👍

Nice models. The frosted windows and additional detail are a great touch.
Bachmann kind of let themselves down.
Always love seeing your excellent OO layout Andy.
Happy Modelling.

Hi Deano, Yes mate we are all doing well. Had to take my daughter and her boyfriend to Gatwick Airport this morning they are flying to Orlando to work in Disney World for two months then touring the USA for another month.
Very emotional day for us all.
Thanks for watching and how you and the family are all doing ok too.

Great review mate. Lovely underside detailing on the Accurascale, nobody would notice, but then again you probably know my girder bridges and my modelling their underside detail 😅
I do know mate 👍 thank you for the kind feedback and taking the time to watch.

Looks like some excellent coaches from Accurascale Andy.
Hi mate they are nice but don’t seem to sell as well as the other liveries.
Thank you for taking the time to watch and comment.

As you know I have the RTC pack which I also agree they are amazing coaches
Don’t mention them🤣🤣🤣 as you know I would love a set.
Thanks for watching mate.
Keep safe and well and I will speak to you soon
Andy
Hi, great honest review of some great detailed coaches, the coupling you mentioned is a kin-o-matic type, Accurascale only produce enough for a quota in my opinion where as Bachmann produce plenty so it’s not a first come first served situation, Accurascale do what they do best for modellers which is showing us how far they will go to provide in-depth accuracy for a seriously great price, Bachmann would have to up their game once Accurascale produce more of their very good items, it would be great to see Accurascale become more adventurous with their range of coaches and liveries like Pullman liveries and inspection and observation coaches, thanks for sharing.
Thanks for the information it’s much appreciated and a big thank you for taking the time to watch.
Keep safe and well my friend

Hi Andy I think the AS ones look far better than the Bachmann ones, as for the livery the AS ones do look much more like the Trans Pennine blue that I remember, than the Bachmann 'generic' blue, although there were some slight variations in the shade of blue, probably fading etc. Also the Bachmann one is a Mk2a and the AS one is a Mk2b. I just wish AS would them in N gauge...🥲Good review though. Thanks
Thanks Peter for your kind feedback and thank you for taking the time to watch.
Keep safe and well my friend
