I liked his take. You can tell he gained some wisdom from his experience.
Alex tells it like it is, it's refreshing.
I like that. Hate fluff
Great attitude & passion. Amazing advice. Going to spend some money at his place next time in LA.
Awesome episode. Dude's a character, a local hero with good advice.

Hey Bruce, fill me in on the Watch the bear…blue tape comment if you can. Thanks for what you do👍
It's a restaurant show on Hulu. He;s being sarcastic, like if you watch that show you ca nrun a restaurant.
@@Smartpizzamarketing 👍👍 really appreciate your content more than you know, as someone about to venture into that space. Thanks again & stay well!
Was this episode produced before CA. $20.00 an hour minimum wage took effect? Now that's gotta hurt!
It only applies to businesses with 20+ locations. But it will be a factor for sure even though single units don’t have to pay that, they will be competing for employees with other places that do.
You know what I'm saying.
I do
Must be nice to non schalantly own a million dollar pizzeria 😂
He is in a hole
Not sure how he’s going to make it in CA with high wages and high crime
It's not easy but you're competing with other places in the same market so they all have to deal with the same issues.
