22 minutes in and you can still hear Jose chopping in the background😂
I see them on instagram all the time . I gotta get over there and try them out .
When the owner turns pizza making into an exact science you know the pizza is great !
The pizza is really good
@@Smartpizzamarketing I’m a total pizza nerd love this stuff ! I cooked bar pizza for quite a few years back in the day at a few different places including cape cod cafe … I’m beast on the blodgets during the rush !!! lol I kinda miss it 😀
This guy was very impressive.
Great job as usual Bruce!

Hey I think your camera is a little overexposed! I noticed it in a previous video, just wanted to say haha
Yeah. It’s a work in progress for sure. We will improve as we do more.

Try lowering the ISO next time. That should fix the white wash out.
Although most "auto" modes should also fix it.
But for sure a little lower on the ISO should do it.
I’ve been watching a lot of your videos, but I can’t find a video about you and your journey. I’m very interested because I’m one of your videos from a few years ago I believe said on your slowest day you were moving 200 pizzas on a busy day 500.
I’ve talked about it on the podcast before. Not sure it’s up on the TH-cam channel. It may have been audio only
great lookin 'za's
If he unplugs the fire stick it will come back. Kill the power to the firestick. Then plug it back in. Don't factory reset.
Fackin Jose eh. Going to town
He's the man!
Hopkinton is not Boston lol…as a true Bostonian I’m slightly offended. I’ll still try this pizza because it looks awesome, regardless of geography.
I’m aware. But “best pizza in Hopkinton” woulda been a shitty title.
Uh I believe Ernesto’s is the best in Boston.
Def not
pizza looks meh.
