I don't see any notable hardware changes, this looks entirely like a firmware refresh over the Justock G3. Why is that? The G3 advertised firmware upgrade releases but we never got any, now we need to buy a new ESC to get the new software?
Nice improvements for additional fine tuning, I use the previous version on my Rc Rally Car! I'm already planning to make a video review for my TH-cam Channel
I just ordered this up in a combo with a Justock 25.5 for TCS F1 racing (F104/direct drive chassis). Any issues downsizing the wires to 16 gauge? I'm looking to keep the weight down on the car and keep things flexible for the rear "pod" suspension. That's probably about as low of a current configuration as you can get for this as long as the gearing is reasonable.
For lower power racing, or casual racing, slightly smaller wire, is usually fine. Shoot us an email please! We'll be happy to assist. NorthAmerica@hobbywing.com
The JuStock will remain as no turbo/boost to be compliant with blinky classes, correct? If I want turbo/boost, then I still need to go to the StockSpec at minimum?
1s needs to go to 2s shorty not having standardised electronics really hurts 1/12th scale, with this ESC maybe it could happen with a 21.5 motor a low rev limit
@@nrtv20 yeah this budget ESC could be a game changer for that, rev limit feels like the future of racing to me I mean quite a lot of real motorsports have max rev limits.
@@Luke-en2tk I'm just cheap in general, I did a lot of racing 2010-2016ish and now everything is going to single brand spec motors so nothing I have is technically 'legal'. So either way I'm buying motor and ESC to play again which is why I've been prefering TT02/Eurotruck stuff because it's simple (I mean cheap).
I reallllllly wish they would ditch the external power switch. Lord I hate it.
Hi, can you use this combo set for drifting? Thanks
Great Channel ...
Will it come with the black wire 🤞?
Can a G3 be updated to G3S updating the firmware with a laptop or app?
No

Does it have a 'Blinky' mode?
It only has Blinky
Hello, when will it be on sale, I'm waiting for my xray because the previous g3 is out of stock

Hi, do you know if this will run with a 1s battery (GT12)?

I'm confused as well, I want something for blinky but also to run some pro stock classes and I have no clue what to get???😊
Is there a release date set?
We need a sensored/foc brushless system for utb18. Please
Was hoping the new Justock was going to be 1s compatible... 😢

@@Luke-en2tk I'm all for 2s as standard at this point. 2s 21.5 F1 never felt too fast!

Is this good for racing or is there a reason to get the pro?
So can i use this out of the box or do i have to buy a programming box? Since it has no out of the box programming options.
They work fine on their default settings. Not tuning is required, only calibration.
@@HOBBYWINGOfficial Awesome thanks for the reply.
Looks like a great product. Any chance of a retro blue version in future? If not, no biggie. Thanks Charlie another episode!
Does it work with the wifi programmer?
Yes!
