I remember the Pike vaguely. I used to see it from the beach in the 1970s , maybe 1972. I was maybe 5 years old and I remember asking my mom if we could go there. She always said no. We would go to Disneyland instead but I remember how fascinated I was with all the rides! It looked like everyone was having a good time.
