I totally relate to the hair loss thing, I can’t tell if it’s just because my hair is getting so long that maybe it’s so heavy but there are other factors to losing hair. One thing I will say is your not supposed to brush your hair while it’s wet or even comb it because that can pull out a lot of hair, your hair is the most sensitive when it’s wet. So what I personally do is I brush my hair before I get in the shower so there’s no knots when I get out, and then after it dries I’ll brush it when it’s all dry. Two is that if you’re experiencing any hair loss towards the temples of your head, it might be because you’re wrapping your hair up and putting it up on your head, I was always told to not put your hair up on top of your head because it pulls all that hair on top and it can make you lose hair, high ponytails can do that too. So what I do is I use a cotton T-shirt and wrap my hair in it and lay it on my shoulders, instead of the top of my head. Plus a cotton T-shirt is a lot easier on your hair and can soak up the water faster than a towel will, apparently towels can give you split ends faster than cotton can. Three is that I know it is so hard to not wear ponytails but I will say ponytails and buns are very hard on your hair and it can make you lose a lot of hair especially if your hair is already damaged, so I just try to not wear a ponytail as much as I can and it doesn’t mean I still don’t wear ponytails, I just wear them low and I wear a scrunchie with them. One more thing and I think you already have this but silk pillowcases help with breakage in the hair as well. another thing I have noticed is that when I’m in the shower, sometimes I would pull my hair a little too hard trying to rinse out all the water, so now I just try to take it as easy as possible. so I don’t take out too much hair lol. Plus I will say it is very normal to lose 50 to 100 hairs every day, and I think it just gets more noticeable over the years. I used to have hair loss problems, and after it got pretty bad I stopped wearing my hair in a towel and I try and let it air dry and use less heat and I’ve noticed that not as much hair falls out it’s usually fine but also don’t brush your hair when you get out of the shower try and just comb it

Girl don’t rub the oil in your hand like that before you put it in your hair because all of it absorbs into your hand and it’s awaste of product
that oil has been known to cause hair fall out so that can be a problem, but alot of stress and not eating also causes hairloss

A lot of shampoos like Pantene suave tresemme etc have chemicals that make your hair thinner and fall out. Once I went through everything I put on my head my hair feels a lot better. Best of luck

@@keilacaceres196 oaplex is a good one, expensive though. I'm trying out hair food from Walmart or target, It makes my hair feel soft and thicker. Redkin bedhead etc all the so called good ones are unfortunately making it worse 😭 market scheme I tell ya. Hope this helps 🙏

@@keilacaceres196 if you get the shampoo, personally I would get the conditioner as well and see how your hair likes it. If not, I would still get a cheap natural conditioner to go with it. You can research like really natural ways and make your own if you're into saving money and going full organic. You only live once might as well spend on what you like and what works for you 🥰
