Thank you!... Thank you for showing Creality Print 5.0 in a previous video and 5.1 in this video, and also for having the Ender 3 V3 KE. I've been using some form of Creality Slicer based software since I got my Ender 3 Pro, and whilst more recently since purchasing my V3 KE I've tried Orca, Fusion and one or two others, I just can't seem to get on with them, even though others swear by them and there seems to be a bigger community out there for them. I know there's better machines out there than the Ender 3 V3 KE, but I was limited by budget, machine portability and space constraints, and quite honestly I'm really pleased with the purchase, it's a very impressive machine, although it is difficult to print at the advertised 600mm/s, the best I can get for general reliable prints is 350mm/s, but that's way better than the 60mm/s of the Ender 3 Pro. So I'm looking at your video content, and wondering if you are considering doing a guide for the dreaded ABS filament. I have no issues with PLA or PLA+, Well, not for my level of results, but I really struggle with ABS, like, to the point I've given up, even after buying a enclosure. Please, can you do a video on ABS using Creality Print 5.1, Ender 3 V3 KE, profile and best settings and set up, or direct me to videos you use that you've found really helpful in making your set up work. Many thanks.
Hey hey 😁 glad you have found the videos helpful! I've also dabbled a bit in orca but I feel like the simple layout of creality print is just easier to use and understand. Don't worry, abs is a bitch 😆 it is so sensitive to everything... It is basically unusable unless you use magigoo on the plate to keep everything stuck down. But if you use too much then the plastic melds with the plate rendering it unusable. I print with petg now, yes, less temp resistance and not as strong, but still pretty good for most situations that aren't too hot. But it's a good video idea, would be happy to share what I've learned so far for those still persisting with abs.
@@LayerLabAustralia the only thing i hate about abs till now with my enclosed ender 3 ke is fucking bridges, even with supports the bottom part just collapse...
@@halohalohype3495 yeah...the fan will help that to some extent. I used to print with 0 fan, but found that using about 20-30% can actually be okay, just make sure to disable it for the first 3 layers so you don't get warping.
In Creality Print 4.3.x there is a setting called "Surface Mode" which I had to set to "Surface" to print my RC Plane wings. I can't find that setting in v 5.x
hello. i couldn't find where to write. in creality print 5.1 version, i want to print two objects. i want it to print one by one. finish one and move on to the other. when i make the settings, it gives an imaginary blue z offset line and gives a too long error. how can i fix it. can someone please try? so that the objects are at least 10 cm?
I get this sometimes.. you'll just need to re-add your filament preset as the settings have become corrupted or you've accidentally changed something along the way. For the time being, record your filament settings in a word document so you can refer to them when this happens.
As far as im concerned this slicer as of v5.1 is still broken. It refuses to slice any model i put though it. just freezes every time at 85% and the computer ramps up fans and cpu just gets pegged. It will stay like this indefinitely. I can do the same model in any other slicer and it will generate the model with supports in like 5 seconds...
I have heard that you may need to completely wipe Creality Print off your machine and start from scratch if you are having major issues. Annoying...yes...but better than not having it working :P Alternatively, if you have tried everything, take a look at Orca Slicer.
I find v5 and v5.1 crash quite a lot with lots of models on a build plate, and my pet peeve is when you try to close the program down it just won't close, you have to go into Task Manager and End Process it to get it to close, and for this there is no error report to send in. It's just annoying that when you reopen it the program wants to 'recover' the previous model.project, which even when it does so, all the parts aren't in the orientation so you have to redo all that, and likely as not it'll crash before you get to print. But the interface is nice and simple, and it works so well with the Ender 3 V3 KE that I put up with it in the hope they'll fix those problems.

Where is the scarf seam setting located in the software??
When is it going to be able to add the sonic pad?
The issue for me is that the scarf seam does not seem to work at all in Creality 5.1. It does in Orcaslicer and Cura.

Anytime I look at the estimated time it is way way off any advise?

How to insert a Ender 7 model.
They just forget this model everywhere 😢
Yeah..I wish they supported all ended machines... Have you tried orca?
What’s new is that it crashes on every big model with tree supports

It doesnt pickup the Raspberry pi wifi so Creality Print is useless to me
new interface is horroble
