- The AxeR2 FOC combos have received an update. SBus.2 output for FlySky, lower minimum RPM, improved Punch, updated normal drive modes, disable the FOC, and Smart Drag Brakes! We go over the update features, and steps for the updating process.

Fusion Pro was perfect. Now the Axe Foc is perfect too🎉😊
Lol yeah I just grabbed another axe today since the news of the update. The pro was getting too warm on my 6x6 for my liking.
The last firmware upgrade screwed up the Auto Brake feature. realeasing the trigger from full speed will make my truck do front wheelies. If I reduce the braking power it will mess up the drag brake. Switched back to previous firmware.
Love this app and all the programmable settings. Getting ready to buy an XR10 Pro for my old RB5!

I didn’t do it yet.. I will get them all lined up and dial them in.. I actually only have 2 R2 AXE systems…. FUSION and 1080 in the others except for my RTR ones.. most of those are still Reedy..

That is for the great info. Did you ever do a video of taking apart the motor and cleaning the bearings? That would be helpful

Any info of the 01-01.0.02 firmware vs. the 01-01.0.01 thats in this video? I downloaded it from the app but cant find any info online what it does/change.
After this upgrade turbo delay not working and its problem with sensor paring 😢
Hey Charlie I’ve got a quick question??? I’ve got a brand new xr10 pro g2 elite that won’t stay on. I cased a jump and did a couple cartwheels and when it stopped it was shut off. After race I tried to turn on and no go. It will turn on light red when button pushed but when I let my finger off the button it turns right off 🤷🏻
It’s literally got 6 race days on it and this happened. Tried the separate on off switch and does the same thing. Will hobbywing warranty or is there a fix for this?

I had to get back to previous firmware.
The latest one went through without issues. Then I did automatic motor pairing. After that I connected my receiver and when I apply throttle, it pulses. Motor doesn't keep the rpm, just speeds up for 0.5 sec and stops and it keeps doing it until I release the throttle. Also when in neutral, the red led keeps flashing on the esc.
Any ideas?
Everything's fine after I went back to previous firmware..
I wish so could use some of those new settings and make this combo smoother and slower on the start.

I have the same problem, changed the servosetting on throttle channel to "analog" on my Futaba system, solved 👍
I had the same issues trying to update to the newest firmware. Works perfect on the previous version. Using the Vanquish RTR controller and receiver.
Hey bud cheers ,I have a question I need some help I have a Hobbywing quicrun 10bl120 g2 120 amp esc with hobby wing quicrun 3660sl g2 motor new tho randomly I can’t set now the calibration on the esc I click the set button and power til the esc beeps then let it set the neutral then beeps then you move throttle forward then beeps and then when I try setting reverse it won’t beep so then I can’t even calibrate the esc I get no beeps when trying to set the reveres now if I hit forward again it will beep not reverso tho .any idea ? Thanks
Check out the "Servo test" video here for some easy trouble shooting. Your radio has "ABS" or the reverse is "turned down", so the ESC cannot calibrate.

I just recently update the firware,but some how during the automatic motor pairing,my motor just doing forward n stop. Its supposed to go forward-stop- reverse right ?

Why can't I open the HW Link V2 application on my Android phone?
With new firmware i can not get my motor to end the motorparing, it keeps blinking green and runs the motor i same speed for a while. I've tried to back/reverse to old firmware and then it works. The problem is when running with new firmware is it cuts out on steady throttle, old firmware is smooth 😊 Anyone else with this problem? Great video 👍

@@HOBBYWINGOfficial I have found the problem I think. I run Futaba T10PX with the R404sbs receiver, with that my throttle feels "jerky" and motor cuts out att steady rpm. With the same radio and another receiver it works perfect 👍 Is the Futaba SR-mode the problem with new firmware? All recivers works with old firmware 👍
@@HedaTheAce Would be great if you could email us the details on this so we can assist as needed. Overall we run a futaba and haven't had any issues with SR models.
We did have a "Bad receiver" make it not work, swapped that out and it was fine after.
Can you use that app with the fusion pro too????😮
Negative. It does not have Bluetooth built in. You'll need the $60+ Ota Bluetooth adapter.
The Fusion Pro is part of the Hobbywing Quicrun Series, and ONLY works with the LED Program Box.
The Fusion Pro, (or any Quicrun ESC for that matter) do 'not' work with the OTA or the LCD Program Card.
@@redndeyes - FYI, it does not work with the OTA. Fusion Pro, only works with the LED Program Box for tuning/changing settings.

My xerun axe550 going crazy after update firmware.. recovery after a few reset. And suddenly dead again. When switch on green light going dim. No blinking. No beep.. all dead. Try doing all reset method is unlucky. Waste 200$ 🥲
