Hope you have a great vacation. My entire family had trouble sleeping other than a few hours at a time. We decided it all needed to change, so we completely gave up all processed food, no eating out and took all electronics out of the bedroom. We now all go to bed around 9pm. Within a week of changing our diet and removing the electronics we now sleep a good 8 to 10 hours a night. We spend the majority of the day outside working in the veggie garden, making menus that we make food from scratch. It's been a process but so worth it. We also don't walk around with our phones on us or have those fancy apple watches.
You are right! I have et done the same now I just have to work on leaving my cell phone downstairs, lol. But greatly improved.

Try taking magnesium to help you sleep. I sleep better when I remember to take it.

I have watched all your videos, I know you mentioned Jess' restless leg issues, and today you are having trouble sleeping, so just wanted to share you both need to take a good magnesium supplement, if the dose is 2 take one with breakfast/one with dinner.....EVERYONE should be taking magnesium because our soil is so deficient....it is known to soothe nerve endings in the body, and does in fact improve sleep along with many other benefits. Just wanted to share, have fun!!!!
Restless leg syndrome could be a sign of diabetes.
Change your diets, Danno/Jessica. Not to be rude, but try losing some weight.Leads to diabetes and other issues. You can still enjoy foods but if you don't start now by the time you hit 45 or so, big issues. We want you around...

They are so much nicer than the last one you were in. I think I know the store you are going to show next, and that is how all of those stores are down here. I quit going to them because the stores are all such a mess I could hardly fit my walker through the isles. A definite fire hazzard.

Remember at Publix if it is 2 for $6 you can buy one for $3 unless the sign tells you otherwise-got to shop the 1/1 free and I can name one item where WMRT 25cents higher than Publix-regular price.

I get Tasters Choice coffee. Our Sam's Club stopped selling it in the store. I order it online and it's usually $15.92. It's $3.50 off , $12.42, until the 22nd. Limit of 5. I got 2 of them. $1 off of the big Coffee Mate, 6.98. Also got cat litter..Free shipping too. So glad y'all are having a good time.
I know the hotels are nice but seriously the ventilation systems can kill you. Of course I wouldn’t want to be on a lower level and open a window, that would be dangerous. I would really like a normal window air conditioner that I could control or turn off and switch to fresh air if desired. They don’t allow that. Sometimes it’s really noisy or just like sleeping in a bad draft.

I hear that the fed might cut interest rates today, I wonder what effect that might have on grocery prices.
Grocery prices are because of corporate greed not the interest rates.
As much as I wish it would it won't. Grocery prices are not factored in inflation or interest rates.
The feds cut a half a point on the interest rate today. They were only expected to cut a quarter of a point. Great news for home buyers. I just put my home on the market so I'm hopeful for a buyer soon. Maybe Danno can find something better now that the rates have dropped.
