- In today’s video, we toured 3 homes for sale in the Orlando & Tampa Florida area that are on the market for under 500k!

Like the third house it has a lot of potential. Just FYI the living space near the kitchen in the back is called either the family room or den. Living rooms are at the front of the house which are more formal.

Missed you Kaleb. Happy Easter. Ok. Don’t care for the first front elevation but let’s see the inside. Ok. Nice entry. Dining and living room. Kitchen with a breakfast nook area. Nice backsplash. Primary is spacious. Closets small. En-suite is small but it’s actually nice. Second and 3rd bedroom and bath ok. Oh. Covered screened in lanai. Backyard with pool nice. Kaleb. It’s a nice home. Ok. 2nd home. Like this front elevation. Ok. Now first opinion it’s dated but I like the dining/kitchen/ living. Master is spacious. Closet small. Needs at least more racks. Bath small and dated. Love the door to go to the pool. But Wouldn’t want pool folks using my bath. Yesss Kaleb. Beautiful caged in pool. Covered lanai. Seating space. Lovely loft. Dated bath. Second primary. Dated. Small. But like the layout. This house ok. Needs a lot of updating. 3rd home. Love the front elevation and color. Oh. Nice first space. Don’t like the washer/dryer in the front of the house. Unique kitchen. Yes. Update the first bath. Wait. Is it 3 bedrooms to one bath? That’s tight. Spacious great room. Primary ok. Like the door to the pool. Needs lighter paint. Massive closet compared to the previous. En-suite dated. But ok. Lovely birdcage pool. Lots of areas for loungers. And a mini outdoor kitchen. Thanks so much and see you next video.

Hi Kaleb how are you ?? the first one is really quaint and cute
They did a great job inside of one but that frontage would have to go. Two would be like going to a public swimming pool there was so many properties overlooking each other. Don’t like opening the front door to stair bannisters. Three would be it with a few updates. When we lived in the US hardly anybody cooked to any degree that required a huge kitchen. In the “gig economy” that is probably less now. Many thanks again 🙏. Hope you had a great Easter. 🇬🇧
