The wood deck manufacture always recommend at least 1 ft about the ground so can have enough air flow. Thanks so much for showing this.
There really needs to be a better term for your business. "House Flipper" sounds so cheap given the scam-level, crude, superficial embellishments many people do to get a house sold. Your renovations really improve the value and quality of the homes (at least just going by what we can see on TH-cam). You really are building value into the real estate.

Thank you! I don’t think I’ll share a cost breakdown as we never added up the total cost so we didn’t have to feel bad about how much we spent. I know it was A LOT 😆. I don’t think it requires any maintenance at all if you are ok with it greying. Otherwise, you may want to seal it so the color doesn’t change over time
Upper Retaining wall posts seem too short. Was engineering calculations submitted to building dept? In my city, any retaining wall taller than 3 feet requires calculations. How is rain directed from the new pool deck? Was soil beneath sloped to a drain?
