The main reason for Indian students going countries like Russia, Ukraine, China, etc for MBBS , mostly belongs to General category who don't get Admission in government college even after scoring 600/720 , Now what option do they have, they will go to foreign nation where they can do it at cheaper price than in Indian private colleges
the problem is the amount of people present 16 lakhs in a year will never get admission in mbbs in india even if we use a big amount of gdp just towards just making colleges. also a lot of dental seats are vacant but people just want to become doctor. not just that even if govt makes so many colleges how will you find quality teachers else it will just become govt school where teachers hardly know anything
