I like the idea of spraying the milk one BEFORE applying foundation, but might as well just use a sheer layer of powder. I dont see how it wouldnt be the exact same thing, as far as oil control. On top i understand it helps with transfer in a different way to powder.
The thing with urban decay is that when i spray, it turns dewy which reminds me of when oil is breaking through my satin matte face, but now it's all over my face because it's actually the spray. It definitely Keeps make up on but I'm going for a matte one next. £37 for an 85ml setting spray though... It seems ever so slightly that milk taking the mick 😅
