Mango Falooda Recipe | मैंगो फालूदा | फालूदा बनाने का आसान तरीका | How To Make Falooda At Home

We have Falooda all through the year, but Mango Falooda can only be made during the Summer season. And, Falooda is all about assembling various ingredients and main ingredient is the falooda sev which I generally make at home in no time.
Mango Falooda
Ingredients :
2 tbs Basil Seeds (Sabja soaked in water)
1/2 cup Corn Flour
1.5 cup Water
2 chopped Mangoes
Approx 1/4 cup Milk
Rose Syrup (optional)
Vanilla Ice Cream
A bowl of chilled water & ice cubes
To garnish : Chopped Nuts & Mango pieces
Method :
Soak 2 tbs Basil Seeds in water and keep aside
Heat the pan, add 1/2 cup Corn Flour
Gradually add 1.5 cup Water
Keep stirring continuously until it's transparent & thick (like jelly texture)
Cook it on slow flame (to avoid getting lumps)
(You can add 1/2 tsp Sugar in this mixture)
Further take a bowl filled with chilled Water and Ice Cubes
Put sev in this bowl with the help of sev maker or piping bag
Keep the sev aside
Take a juicer jar, add Mango pieces
Churn to make mango puree
Take out 2 spoon puree for garnish
Add Milk in the puree and churn it
Transfer it in a jar
Now take a tall glass to assemble falooda
Pour rose syrup in the bottom (optional)
Add soaked Basil Seeds
Add Sev
Add Mango Milk
Add Ice Cream
Add Mango Puree
Top with Mango Pieces, Cashews & Pistachios
