Most residents do not want progress and are unwilling to sacrifice anything. They can even clean their gutters and environment. Even the front of the palace has overgrown weeds.
Not different from other states in Naija except Abuja. All the states in Nigeria needs urban planning and infrastructural development, but these criminal governors obviously don't care!
