This na squatters areas.one fine house here .one there.sands everywhere even the roads cover with sands they sould invite developers to develope the areas and stop individuals from building houses accept reservation areas. develope the whole area with uniform houses with good enviroment and provide all social aminities in the area.officials should travel out and study or see how its done ease where.everythjng in nigeria is below standard

You guys did a great job, but I was expecting a more detailed analysis of the area, that can attract foreign investors. If there will be more videos like this again, please consider an interview with the town planning committee, your audience will love to know about security, electricity, nearby schools, shopping mall, water supplies, cost of property in the area, and lots more. It will serve as an advert for the community and can get you more sponsorship and views. That being said, Edo state lacks the presence of estate developers, our government should be the one creating a land layout, not the other way round. There is a lot to be done.

This particular video was wholly based on dropping of NAMES rather than showing the community in-depth.....just my observation! Prolly the sponsor you mentioned in the end requested that it be a ''name dropping''production...As they say..'He who pays the piper calls the tune' 😎....Nice one though!

Thanks for your comment, I didn't mean to slight them at all, from all indications I'm one of their ardent fans.
I only pointed out the grey area in this particular production...If you noticed, this production was all about dropping names of some supposed 'big men'' in that community from start to finish, and it's something they've not been doing in all of their previous productions if you've been following them keenly, again, pointing directly at same ''big men's'' houses whilst production was on going is something I'd say was completely wrong.
Without an iota of doubt, I very much appreciate their efforts.

depends on who is selling and the location. no fix price. thanks
I wish top developers could come in to develop this community, but at the end of the day it's Benin and not many banks will be willing to finance such projects because they would find it difficult recovering their capital, how many people in Benin can afford to properties of 30million upwards, even with mortgage plans. If you live in lagos or Abuja you'll understand better .on a very good day the GRA/Sapele road axis should be filled with modern mega structures,not red and yellow houses with red sand everywhere.
Government needs to do more to stimulate wealth creation in the state. Everybody shouldn't just be involved in building hotels filling stations and plazas only.
