I walked in on my sister watching she's the man and I decided to stay. Great movie and perfect sound track. 1 week later I moved to college and played this on repeat. listening to this now makes me remember all the new buildings and sense of independence. Live life.
I love the end of this song and how it ends so abruptly. It could have stretched out the last "-ies" but it cuts off. Like how big changes can happen so fast, and so suddenly.
This specific period of time in music was a complete gem for me. Just finished hs and figuring out what I wanted to do in life. I was 18 and this was my first concert I went to with a few good friends. We all pregamed and got hammered, got a ride to Nautica Pavilion in downtown Cleveland. Vibe was super chill, SOJA actually opened for O.A.R. which was dope. They put on a good show and this was back in 2009 before they really took off. Everyone was happy having a good time passing blunts around. Met some random girl I hooked up with and never saw again.
I had periodically thought about this song for years, but I didn't know the title or the band. Someone on r/tipofmytongue just solved the mystery for me! I am enjoying finally hearing this great piece of music again.
Just say yes by Snow Patrol on TH-cam brought me here.. I think O.A.R. Is one of the most underrated and musically talented bands out there.. Also a huge fan of Rush for musical talent.. any bands I’m missing out on???
Boy does this song bring back the feelings and wonderful memories every time I hear it. Luckily, I am not stuck on them. Relationships evolve, but I am still with the same person after six years.
I met you guys several years ago in Peoria, Il. You played at blues fest and I will have to say that over time, you were the nicest band I had ever interviewed!
Cody Cousineau it is in Colorado. it is the most amazing place ever ! the concert is today at 6;00 i just have to wait a few hours till the concert starts but i cant contain my excitement !
My ex And I still live together, even though we broke up 2.5 yrs. Our relationship lasted 3 years. Most of the time, it's been good. We really are better off being Friends. BUT every once in awhile, I get this feeling of wanted to get back together. Been feeling that lately. We actully discussed it, and he still just wants to be friends. This song speaks volumes at the moment for me. this even making me cry.
This song reminds me of a chaotic girlfriend I had around the time this came out.. a piece of me died on how it ended . This song for some reason reminded me of the good times with her..
My aunt used to play this all the time when she babysat me. I loved it but didnt know anything like the lyrics or the title. I just knew the running into the ground and drowning in water part but i was just looking around and that was a recommendation thing and i clicked it and i was so confused for a second and then i realized.
Was 16 when this song came out. Pushing 33 now and it's crazy how many memories just pop up each time I listen to it...1st heard it in "she's the man"

Malcolm, have you ever tried to run in high heels?
My fav quote is where the dad is talking about how much nudity is going on during the final soccer game.
Omg that’s what I know this song from!!
This song takes me back to an interesting time in my life... I still love it despite the emotional shit it brings up.
This type of music wasn't really my scene back then.
But real talk: when this song came on I turned it up. Catchy as hell and a great melody.
I played this song on repeat summer of 2009 during a devastating breakup. Instantly takes me back. They don't write songs like this anymore.
I love the end of this song and how it ends so abruptly. It could have stretched out the last "-ies" but it cuts off. Like how big changes can happen so fast, and so suddenly.
This song makes me feel happy & sad at the same time. I love it.
Ella es el hombre .... hermosa pelicula y con la musica de fondo waooooo musica para mis oidos ... xk no aparece en tiktok 😢😢

I’m not normally a fan of the 21st century’s music but this song is one of the rare exceptions. It’s a pretty legit tune

This song is so much better than "Shattered."
This song perfectly explains the relationship I had with a woman a few years ago. Damn I miss Vancouver, B.C.!
