What a collection! I play the violin and pernambuco is used for bows. I'd love to pick up a GvFC Classic.

You indeed are a fan of Leman. 😁

Am so happy the Caran D'ache gets so much love...i Love my Caran D'Ache Ecridor, have a GVFC Bentley, an 823 and a holy grail will come soon. The Caran D'ache and GVFC Bentkey are such good writers!

I so love love your intro 😊 Ahhhh that Namiki 😍 Did you say you like your Pelikans because of its nib and “cleaning mechanism”?

Yes, a lot of variables play a role when it comes to it being my favorite pen such as being easy to clean and the good ink capacity.

@@OwlxArt Ah. I am glad you mentioned cleaning. Because I have a question: Do you remove the nib each time you clean your Pelikan? I am cleaning only my second Pelikan. There seem to be persistent staining on the tissue I am drying the pen on and as I soak the nib (attached to the pen) I can see some ink is still making its way out even though I have took water in and out with the piston several times until the water no longer stain. So it made me wonder what is the best way to clean since I know their nibs are easily removable.

@@TwoMiceOnMyBookshelf I remove the nib each time I clean it and usually some staining when drying is expected and it won’t damage the nib or affect the color of your next ink so nothing to worry about since the same thing happens to me upon drying

Thanks for your review. Question: I see you have fine pens in your collection. Can you share your thoughts on reasons why don’t have a Visconti? Btw, I also like smooth and soft nibs.

I do have 1 visconti in my collection which I got not too long ago and have not made a review on it. Its the Visconti il Magnifico Lapiz Lazuli. I will post a video on it in several months after testing it out

no MB 149? no sailor? Yukari is good pick though and I can understand y one may prefer it to an Emperor.

I prefer these over my Montblanc and Sailor pens, keep in mind this is my top 5. Everyone's preferences differ based on their writing style and taste
