    Great video... Two questions:
    1) do you have any videos showing how to upgrade 860C display for tsdz2.
    2) How to connect upgraded display 860C with Tongsheng motor

      1. Not all 860C displays can be flashed with OSF. We know for a fact that there are issues with newer versions. We currently don't have any video tutorials showing the process.
      We sell preflashed displays:
      ebikestuff.eu/en/tuning-elements/204-display-860c-for-tsdz2-with-osf.html
      2. With OSF flashed into your 860C display you need to flash the motor controller with the OSF firmware. You will also need a cable for connecting the display with the motor controller cable. It can be 1T4 that has 8PIN (or 6PIN depending on the controller type) for the motor controller and 5PIN HIGO for the display on the other end.
We have 1T4 and 1T3 cables in our stock:

      ebikestuff.eu/en/tuning-elements/228-conversion-1t3-6-pin-wire-harness-for-tsdz2.html

C'est exact. Cette vidéo n'a pas de son. Vous avez ajouté des sous-titres en anglais. Veuillez cliquer sur l'icône "CC" pour activer les sous-titres

A detailed manual explaining each one of the adjusments is badly needed. I have the 860C with a Tsdz2 and frankly, it is really frustraiting trying to use it.

The manual can be found on Github: github.com/emmebrusa/TSDZ2-Smart-EBike-860C/tree/master/manuals
Most of the settings are self explanatory. Others, you probably don't need to change them. What exactly do you need help with?

@@ebikestuff Thanks for your reply. Right now I am trying to figure out how to set the system to have the odometer to measure total miles (like cumulative miles, so I can track mileage since first day) and also be able to track distance for each individual trip. Thanks for any help you can provide.
By the way, I bought from you the circular heat sink plate and the motor now runs much cooler, althoug I am measuring only the external temperature with a laser thermometer. How accurate can that temperature reading be, when compared with using and internal probe, like the one you installed in your video?

The odometer should do that out of the box. If you have the speed sensor working correctly the odometer should track the mileage. The current odometer value can be set in the Various configuration submenu.
You have Trip A and Trip B values that also can be used to track the mileage. I believe that by default they might be set to reset on full charge or after a certain number of hours. The auto-reset feature can be disabled. Please go to the Trip Memories section to see these settings.
You have a link to the TSDZ2 860C OSF Github page above. You can download the display manual in there. Most of the settings have short descriptions explaining their functions.
Regarding the motor temperature. Even with the fully modded motor the temperature readings of the cover/housing are way off compared to the actual motor temperatures. You can read our cooling test. We have an additional temperature sensor installed on the side cover of the motor. You can compare those temperatures to the temperature sensor installed on the the actual motor, inside of the housing:
