Just cutoff water and electricity for rented house. He will leave on his own.
Make sure tenant can't access it. This can be done in individual houses, but not apartments.
Take good amount of security deposit.
And valid rental agreement.

A property dealer enjoying the posission since ( note bandi ) demonetization claims he has given 40 lakhs in cash after 9-10 days of demonetization, made a unregistered document forged my mother signature and thumb impression which came out non matching from government fsl forensic report and judges still don't do any thing and we are still outside paying rent , god bless to judiciary of India

Deepak Shenoy is SEBI registered Portfolio Manager.
He is a sebi guy, why would he endorse real estate.

I think he is not eligible as a financial advisor. One bad experience makes him run away from investing in real estate? Owing real estate properties gives security in life and future generations will have a much smoother life
How will that give a security in life & smooth life to future generations? Its a fallacy. Unlike securities you cannot liquidate the real estate in times of emergency and is completely dependent on location where you buy. For future generation, that's questionable at best because locations of job availability keeps on changing.
What about the tons of money you guys squeeze in advance..isn't that proof...he would have invested that advance money in shares...something is missing in his story...he might have taken that advance in cash for tax chori ..😂..stockiya people excel in such stupid advises..
