Hello. I need your help. I am making jewelry with Cernit polymer clay, but unfortunately, before I even put it in the oven, there are small cracks on the clay. In fact, there are holes behind them. I roll it out in the pasta machine twice. I wonder how I can get rid of these cracks. Because when it is baked, the cracks open up a little. Is it because the dough is thin that the holes behind are there?

I love your butterfly wings! Where did you get your motor for the pasta machine? I've been looking for one. Believe it or not, I had it mounted on a oak TV tray. And of course my dog knocked it over, and broke a part.

This pasta machine motor is a home brew - it's the motor from some 1960s or 70s shop tool. A friend machined a metal plate and adapter for it and my partner wired it up. It's both much more powerful and much quieter than the Atlas pasta machine motors I go through normally!

Hello, I've earnings of same material, now they are getting sticky. How can I revive them?

I'm not sure! Baked polymer clay can become sticky if it reacts to various chemicals including resin or other clear coats that don't cure properly, hairsprays and perfumes, paints, glues. Sometimes in the case of the clear finishes becoming sticky you can clean it gently and add a new coat and let that properly cure.

What kind of pasta machine do you use?? I love this video!!!

I use either an Atlas 150, older style one or a newer Atlas 150 'wellness' machine but the settings are similar - 0 or 1 are thickest setting.
