does anyone have any ideas or links on how to make this? i found a link to a .io site that does it “matrix repeating background” but i had trouble trying to do it from my phone and they required payment. fairly certain i can do this myself i just need an idea of what tools to use. btw im a game designer and artist/animator so im familiar with maya ue4 and various adobe programs. if any of those seem right to replicate this plz lmk maybe procreate and keeping the previous onion layers visible..? helpp
There is "cmatrix", which is a terminal program that somewhat replicates this, but it is limited by what the terminal can do. In other words, the effect is similar, but not the same.

We live in something digital, I've known this for a few years now but actually seeing it was a whole different ball game. 1of my aims for this year is to be able to see it at will, and for prolonged enough periods to observe and gain more understanding into the nature of our reality. It definitely wasn't random Japanese letters, I'm not a 100 sure as I was caught off guard by what happened, but It was either numbers or some language of symbols. Will report back when I'm able to observe again

You do it in command prompt lol. Install pymatrix module and type pymatrix-rain.
