Hey thank you so much. Now all I have to do is get the updated software from Brother. Wish me luck w/that! LOL And btw, if you push up button, you can start entering your password from the numbers, as opposed to pushing the down button and going from the special characters. I found that out by accident. my 3230 failed twice . to be clear, the network key is your password your computer uses to access the internet like email?

It should be the password your computer uses to connect to your wifi. Usually the password is somewhere on a label on your wifi model/router if it hasn’t been changed

I manage to finally connect my printer with my wifi and visible for printing. But , its not working when i press the print button ( the printer not receiving the file and print it accordingly)😢

I'give you another great hint, once the printer gets an IP just put the IP into your browser to get to the printer's setup wiki!
