I got this Mewtwo deck without spending a dollar and it crushes in battles. Only times I lose are when I get an awful first hand and it takes too long to get Mewtwo or Gardevoir going
i’ve made this exact deck but every time i’m getting ralts first and it gets knocked out before i can do anything with bringing mewtwo in or evolving the next ralts. it’s happened 10 times in a row am i just unlucky or what
Nobody thinks Pikachu isn’t a top tier deck, but if you’re playing Mewtwo def don’t complain about other decks lol. You also only need Mewtwo and Gardevoir so idk what you mean insinuating Mewtwo is more costly. I personally think this and Starmie are 1a and Pikachu 1b, but Pikachu is partially good into the 1a’s
Im a F2P player and I've never spend money currently in the game but i have 3 gold bars in my inventory and i have no clue where did i got it😅. Now my question is can i get more? Like 1gold bar in a month just by playing as F2P?
Made this exact deck a couple days ago as my first real “Meta” deck, sometimes it slaps, sometimes I get 2 Ralts, two potions and a Sabrina and I lose to Pikachu on turn 3 haha. It’s still pretty good, but it struggles against Pikachu, Starmie, and Exeggutor. It’s pretty reliable against lower power decks and other decks that require a lot of set up though.
If rank existed, the two decks I would run is Raichu and the Nidoking deck. Raichu is really good at sneaky killing EX pokemon. Arbok with the Nidos prevents retreating also good for taking out most EX mons.
Because the deck need Ralts early turn in order to evolve to Gadevior so it can combo with Mewtwo to keep up with the energy. I feel this is very inconsistent to get Mewtwo enough energy for late game if the RNG is not on my side. In my deck, instead of using Giovanni to boost attack by 10 points, I have Meowths to scan the card as fast as possible if I happen to get it first turn.
i have the exact same deck and been running it since the day after launch i have won over 60 matches and lost less than 5 and the ONLY time i EVER lose is due to bad starting hand rngs NO deck rn can even come close let alone have any chance mewtwo ex garde is broken its sss tier on its worst day 😭😭😭
Luckily pulled two Mewtwo EX during my first account reroll, and then opened 10 packs using 120 hour glasses saved up to get the other necessary cards!
I faced two of these over my emblem chase. Alakazam takes a certain advantage over Pokemon with a large energy pool to function. But it’s also alarmingly squishy and once set up, psy shadow has no point to the set. Having a single pocket gardevoir, to set and front of alakazam/Jynx may work out, but still has a glass cannon problem.
I’ve been playing the other Mewtwo/ Gard deck that you made a video about a while ago. I had a match where my 2 Kirlia were the last 2 cards in my deck so it was pretty rough, but I still won with 10HP on my Mewtwo EX. I also only have one EX and the other is the regular one.
I have this exact decklist but the consistency is mewtwo's biggest issue. It can take ages to set up gardevoir, if ever, meanwhile pikachu or charizard decks will have run through the mewtwo deck. I thinnk its powerful vs random decks but it not consistent enough to be the best deck.
I really love gengar and i have the 2 star art. Is there anh way to put them in the deck (idc if its technically worse i want to put them in regardless but idk who to replace)
I don't have a deck I'd be comfortable using in ranked. But helioptle with pikaEX and electrode is like a soft spot to stay in just to try and attrition I guess. All of my decks are anemic still, and I don't have any Jolteon still which is what I mainly am looking for with my electric decks.
I run Koga deck any day of the week. Mewtwos are food for my Arbok. Deck is also strong into Pikachus since they cant one-shot Weezing. I also run two red cards since most players mindlessly Professor turn one or two.
Saw a guy mention swapping potions out for fossils, I’ve had more success with doing that but i think I’m gonna try putting a meowth or two in it as well. If you don’t get gardevoir fast enough it’s so over Saw some Japanese fellas talking about the risk, but it could be worth
I personally swap 1 of each trainer card for fossils, potions save me too many times, letting mewtwo to survive two attacks instead of one and win the game
I like 2x petil/lilly + 1 venu ex line + 1 normal venu line (that way you can sacrifice a venusaur and a basic mon still not lose) + 1 butterfree line with 2 erika. Such absurd durability it is insane. Red card wiping your hand down to 3 cards can be brutal though if you draw too many evos early.

I feel like Mewtwo EX is one of the decks that suffers the most from going first. It takes quit some time to get rolling and most of faster Decks like Starmie, Pikachu or even Sandslash will massively outspeed you.
I somehow ended up with this deck having only opened less than 10 packs of Mewtwo (wonder picked one Mewtwo EX). I can't get the damn things I ACTUALLY want after like 80 Char packs. I hate playing this deck....I know it's strong but honestly I haven't found it consistent. In the first 10 games (Small size I know!) I only got Garde online 1 game. Kirlia seems to always be missing. I had it in my bottom 4-6 cards 3 games now. Still winning...somehow which is disgusting. Back to my Primeape deck!
Still a massive Char/Moltres believer for ranked. Tbh tho, ALL of the face cards for the packs have nasty decks. Pika is crazy fast, Mewtwo is super consistent, and Char sweeps better than any other monster rn
I don't have any of the Gardevoir line but I have the alakazam line twice and have had a lot of success running that with Mewtwo, it's a great against Pikachu ex
I prefer much more the Meowth instead of Giovanni variation. If both players get lucky and it's not a Pikachu or first turn water deck, you win. If neither of you get lucky, Meowth draws your entire deck
I managed to make a Venusaur/Exeggutor EX deck, except one Venusaur is just a regular one. I even have 2 Erika cards, but I decided to have 1 Erika and 1 Sabrina for my deck.
@NoSaucem8 I literally have 60+ wins on it. It's all I use. Considering I have a high rate of winning against mewtwo decks and encountering them, I know what I'm talking about. I literally one shot mewtwos before they can set up. All it takes is a double coin flip which I land most of the time. Best of all, I feel good knowing my f2p deck is destroying these meta spenders while I finish matches faster than them lol
If you want basic pokemon cards then use meowth or farfetch...and if you want other cards then use red card(one, use it wisely )...idk there isn't much more to use...jynx is bad imo...you are probably good with 2 basic strong Pokemon

You also only need Mewtwo and Gardevoir so idk what you mean insinuating Mewtwo is more costly. I personally think this and Starmie are 1a and Pikachu 1b, but Pikachu is partially good into the 1a’s
@KrystalWolf24 Mewtwo requires a Stage 2 to be set up. Pikachu requires a bench of Basics.
True!!! That lil' rat is annoying in both Unite and Pocket.
Im a F2P player and I've never spend money currently in the game but i have 3 gold bars in my inventory and i have no clue where did i got it😅. Now my question is can i get more? Like 1gold bar in a month just by playing as F2P?
I am a noob who pulled 2 mewtwos in the same pack, thanks for the guide 😊
love this deck i use it since day three, although i dont use XSpeed i use two red cards, to slow there pull game and call outs
I pulled three immersive chars within the same 11 packs. I’ve never gone from happy to annoyed when seeing a cutscene so fast.
looll, i also havee 3 charizard immersive , but yeah, here i am still opening char pack to get starmie ..
@ I have neither starmie or moltres
Been spamming this deck, personally i believe one red card and one giovanni are better than double gios, great content.
What decks can I find the gardevoir in?
Mewtow deck is disgustingly good
QOTD I have this mewtwo deck but if I got one more pika ex then I'd play that one
Mewtwo decks concedes fast to my exeggutor deck
If rank existed, the two decks I would run is Raichu and the Nidoking deck. Raichu is really good at sneaky killing EX pokemon. Arbok with the Nidos prevents retreating also good for taking out most EX mons.
Because the deck need Ralts early turn in order to evolve to Gadevior so it can combo with Mewtwo to keep up with the energy. I feel this is very inconsistent to get Mewtwo enough energy for late game if the RNG is not on my side. In my deck, instead of using Giovanni to boost attack by 10 points, I have Meowths to scan the card as fast as possible if I happen to get it first turn.
i have the exact same deck and been running it since the day after launch
i have won over 60 matches and lost less than 5
and the ONLY time i EVER lose is due to bad starting hand rngs
NO deck rn can even come close let alone have any chance
mewtwo ex garde is broken its sss tier on its worst day 😭😭😭
I have a question When the new packs come out will the old packs go away because they’re still some cards. I need to get.
Luckily pulled two Mewtwo EX during my first account reroll, and then opened 10 packs using 120 hour glasses saved up to get the other necessary cards!
Hi friend, what do u think about a Gardevoir x Alakazam deck?
Could you try the centiskorch and Moltres deck? It feels like a faster charizard to me
Been putting them to bed with my Venusaur ex deck so far. It might be slow, but it's tanky enough to survive.
one thing that make mewtwo deck standout for me the most, is the fact that it has no coin toss at all lmao
Was I glitched 2 get a mewtwo ex out of a charizard pack?
I really love gengar and i have the 2 star art. Is there anh way to put them in the deck (idc if its technically worse i want to put them in regardless but idk who to replace)
Little secret, this works best with wheezing, and deadass you basically control the whole game
Got 2 interactive mewtwo ex arts early on and this was my go to deck, bit boring playing it now because of how good it is
Had to bleach my eyes after watching this 😖😖
"it will make you take a shower everytime you play it"
thats literaly the best way to put it
What website do you use to showcase the deck list?
If ranked dropped tomorrow I’d be playing my main deck. Alakazam! Super power house!
I downloaded the game today and instantly pulled a Mewtwo EX, however, the card looks kinda different than the mewtwo you just showed
I’ve been loving this deck if I want to win. If I want to not be toxic i really like a Greninja/Starmie/ just 1 Articuno EX deck
I don't have a deck I'd be comfortable using in ranked. But helioptle with pikaEX and electrode is like a soft spot to stay in just to try and attrition I guess. All of my decks are anemic still, and I don't have any Jolteon still which is what I mainly am looking for with my electric decks.
I feel bad for this Squirtle guy
I run Koga deck any day of the week. Mewtwos are food for my Arbok.
Deck is also strong into Pikachus since they cant one-shot Weezing.
I also run two red cards since most players mindlessly Professor turn one or two.
I believe that for trading they will probably add another hourglass but for trading and would just make you trade with random people
i love this game its so diverse, the art is so great & i look forward to new things to come
Welcome to video games, how may I help you?
@@ginpachi1unplug me from this life 😔
Saw a guy mention swapping potions out for fossils, I’ve had more success with doing that but i think I’m gonna try putting a meowth or two in it as well. If you don’t get gardevoir fast enough it’s so over
Saw some Japanese fellas talking about the risk, but it could be worth
I personally swap 1 of each trainer card for fossils, potions save me too many times, letting mewtwo to survive two attacks instead of one and win the game
1 Meowth is the golden mean I think. 2 and your pokeballs become too risky to play.
I am loving lilligant venusaur ex deck, its going really good considering I only have one erika
Really fun deck
I like 2x petil/lilly + 1 venu ex line + 1 normal venu line (that way you can sacrifice a venusaur and a basic mon still not lose) + 1 butterfree line with 2 erika. Such absurd durability it is insane. Red card wiping your hand down to 3 cards can be brutal though if you draw too many evos early.
@@SenpaiTorpidDOW this actually sounds insane but a real hell in getting at least one of them set up due to a lot of pokemon, I would try it but surprisingly I got 2 ex venu and not a single Normal one
@@dolbaeb3447 I was running that before without the butter free and with an exeggcute+exeggcutor EX instead. It was alright, but this is better.
You do generally find something you can field, having so many tanky mons is nice. Not much can one shot the venue/Lillie's, which then is painful when you have butterfree healing and erikas
@@SenpaiTorpidDOW before lilligant the was trying butterfree with VenuEX but it felt heavy having to find two 2stage pokemon to be effective and all that for basically potion a turn, but with exe that seems good, I gotta try that someday
Bro i have all the mewtwo cards in the game (right now) and i dont have gardevoir so oh who wants mewtwo ex for a gardevoir? When the update for trading come?
I can’t find any gardevoirs after like 50+ mewtwo packs can’t wait until trading comes out
My sand slash+Machamp deck surprisingly doesn't get totally bodied by mewtwo
I use these deck, but with Mew. Ik its not optimal but Ive been having a lot of fun 😂
9:45 Sabrina does not come in the Mewtwo pack fyi
@@x9x9x9x9 it doesn't but you can exchange material for it in shop
I feel like Mewtwo EX is one of the decks that suffers the most from going first. It takes quit some time to get rolling and most of faster Decks like Starmie, Pikachu or even Sandslash will massively outspeed you.
I was debating on swapping off of this deck to play pikachu EX and then I pulled TWO crown mewtwos last night
I don't care if it's cheap, Gardevoir is my favorite Pokemon and if there's any halfway decent deck that has it I'm going to use it.
It's fun seeing you play TCG! Also more views than unite which is cool. We just want you to earn a lott xD
Appreciate you!
I’ve been trying SO HARD to build this deck, but my luck is awful and I still haven’t gotten the right cards😭
worth buying second gardevoir with pack points?
@@mangarares yea if it’s all your missing do it the deck is nuts. The darkness anti mewtwo list are getting more popular thou so watch out.
Just completed the gardevor set. It is really disgusting lol. Going to get another set lol btw where to get the female trainee
This was my favorite deck to play back in the Pokemon TCG app during the pandemic
Used all my pack points for a second MewTwo. WORTH IT
I love this by adding Hypno to it. And every turn, you get a 50/50 sleep.
@@tourtvhd it's not 50/50 tho it's 25%
I somehow ended up with this deck having only opened less than 10 packs of Mewtwo (wonder picked one Mewtwo EX). I can't get the damn things I ACTUALLY want after like 80 Char packs. I hate playing this deck....I know it's strong but honestly I haven't found it consistent. In the first 10 games (Small size I know!) I only got Garde online 1 game. Kirlia seems to always be missing. I had it in my bottom 4-6 cards 3 games now. Still winning...somehow which is disgusting. Back to my Primeape deck!
This is my problem, too. Kirlia is ALWAYS in the last 6-7 cards of my deck...
I went into mewtwo packs wanting Venusaur Ex. Got the whole mewtwo deck instead. I guess I’m playing mewtwo now
Yeeeeeeah this is that deck. It’s so hard to stop this and by turn 4 or 5 you’re so cooked if you didn’t kill Mewtwo already
If ranked started tomorrow I'd play Starmie EX. It's the most powerful Pokémon. I'm 25/6 with it.
I pulled crown rare mewtwo ex and playing this deck is fun ngl
I managed to make a Venusaur/Exeggutor EX deck, except one Venusaur is just a regular one. I even have 2 Erika cards, but I decided to have 1 Erika and 1 Sabrina for my deck.
Double Mewtwo users are some of the saltiest people when they lose to my Marowak EX. They never give a "thanks". Not my fault you cant setup in time 😂
@@aresplaysdestiny6826 COPE. Marowak EX isn’t goof against Mewtwo EX.
I dont have sabrina cards can you suggest me other 2 cards in that place ?
If you want basic pokemon cards then use meowth or farfetch...and if you want other cards then use red card(one, use it wisely )...idk there isn't much more to use...jynx is bad imo...you are probably good with 2 basic strong Pokemon
@simakonar6196 thanks
there are none, craft them. It is not the deck without the right cards.
u can actually just craft her if needed , shes worth it
@@dariel299 bro I dont have tokens to craft that cards , lol
I really like using a hypno in this deck at the expense of an x speed and a Giovanni
I've been playing for over a month, spent the last 2 weeks pulling exclusively from mewtwo and can't pull them to save my life 😢
Alakazam/hypno is a-lot of fun I’ve had so many times they would just quit because they can’t get a heads on the coin toss.
if ranked comes with an rank floor like marvel snap's infinite that you can't drop from it, I'll probably climb using mewtwo ex until I get there then I'll start using whatever comes to mind really
3:45 I honestly hope they don’t add a ranked mode. I enjoy this game because it’s for casual gamers like me who just want to collect some digital cards and play a few battles on my free time. I don’t want this game to become full of sweat lords, people are already taking this game too seriously.
I’ve got two of the immersive art mewtwos and literally no other good cards after lots of packs but still feel insanely lucky
I've got beat by this a few times so I know. I just need the Gardevoir line but still don't have any from the Gardevoir line. And the pull rates been really dull for me it's driving me crazy, not to mention the luck I have with wonder picks either! 😢😅
@@nuj427 Thats why i rerolled until i had at least one mewto ex and 1 gardy, took a few tries but now im only missing one gardy and ill craft her if i have to at some point lol,got immersive mewtwo in my first 10 Pack pull from beginner quests so, worth the rerolls imo 🙂
Idk man just having fun with my water lightning dragonite deck I got frosmoth and cloyster for a fast and cheap stalling/tanking with misty and elektross trying starting it off with one of the meowth to draw fast all in all really fun and has strategy behind it unlike other decks I am seeing 😂 plus I am only level 5 with 150 cards so haven’t got a lot of choice yet I’m doing good on ladder tho
