Hobart Super Heavy Duty *PORTABLE* Vertical Meat, Fish & Bone Saw. Features include: Stainless steel frame construction. Comes with a powerful 3 h.p. motor with direct gear-drive transmission that provides 3500 FPM blade speed. Unit comes with a movable stainless steel carriage tray, and removable easy snap in place stainless steel cutting table sections. ( No tools required ). Also included is (1) meat pusher, and (1) Meat Guide. Unit comes with a lower removable scrap pan which is great for collecting dust and debris when cutting through bone. This unit has a small foot-print which takes up less space, and is mounted on high quality total lock casters, making this saw very easy to re-position or relocate. The caster brakes lock in both the wheel and swivel direction, which helps to eliminate unwanted movement. This saw comes with (1) 5/8” x 126” blade, ( Blade is very sharp ). The saw cutting clearance width is 15-1/4” and the cutting clearance height is 12-1/2”. Meat saw is in excellent condition, runs very smooth and all ready to be put to work. Installation and parts manual are included.
