When I 1st heard Steven Kotler talk on Joe Rogan's podcast about chronic Lyme Disease & how surfing & flow states healed him, I felt a spark light up within me. Being in the ocean & surfing gave me a sense of healing on a soul level that I didn’t know how to articulate...I knew I had to tell this story.
