- DIY Macrame Table Runner || Macrame Tablecloth
This tutorial is how to make macrame tablecloths measuring 25cm × 90cm. Macrame tablecloth is one of the alternative decorations to beautify the table (table decoration). This tutorial uses double half hitch knots, square knots and wrapped knots which is perfect for beginners as it is very easy to create.

Thank you very much.. Yes, it does look a little thicker than 3mm because the rope is very tight. Maybe almost 4mm. Because sometimes there are tight ropes, some are less dense. Myself sometimes get confused with rope sellers who sell different quality 😂

I have a 7.5 foot table & I'm having trouble with the measurements I would need. Would you be able to help me out?
1 foot = 30.48 cm. So 7.5 feet (length of your desk) = 228.6cm / 229cm. My own tablecloth is 90cm long, so if you want to make a tablecloth about 229cm long then you need 2.5 times the length of my tablecloth. So you need a rope about 2.5 times the length of the rope I used too. The rope I use is 800cm long, so 2.5 × 800cm = 2,000cm. So you need about 2,000cm to make a tablecloth of about 7.5 feet. But sorry, that's just my guess, the results of the tablecloth will also be adjusted to the number of patterns you get too. I can only estimate it.

For pillows, I think the cords used must be adjusted to the size of the pillow to be made and adjusted to the diameter of the cord. Because each cord size gives different results. So you have to be brave to try it first. Thank you very much..

Hallo kak, berarti setiap membuat sesuatu pasti panjang tali harus 2x lipatnya ya? Ex taplak 50cm berarti harus 100cm panjang talinya?
Gak mesti kak, jd tergantung motifnya. Jd biasanya aku kalo bikin motif tertentu aku coba dulu bikin motifnya utk memperkirakan hasil jadi & panjang tali yg dibutuhkan. Tp misal kakak gak sayang sm tali sisa sh memang lbh baik diberi banyak kelonggaran, 2x lipat gak p2, cm kalo aku suka syng kalo sisanya terlalu panjang kak.

Untuk panjang talinya kurang lebih 2x lipat dr ukuran utk taplak Q tsb kak. Utk jumlah talinya disesuaikan dengan lebar pola, karena jumlah tali nanti disesuaikan dengan pola yang akan dibuat.
Met malam mohon izin kak ukuran taplak meja nya setelah jadi berapa panjang dan lebar nya. Trims🙏

Hello.. The size I made is 90cm or 3 feet, so if you're going to make 6 feet then you can use 2x the length of the rope I used.

Itu warna latte kalo gak salah kak. Cm emng warna di tiap toko tu suka beda2 kak, gak bs sm persis.
