Grew up in Swindon, and it was wonderful. Swindon is not an historic british town so not much historically to see as in most of England. Not as great now perhaps, but you missed a great deal of adult attractions. GWR museum, Coatewater, town gardens, the surrounding Downs, and countryside are beautiful. Nearby Roman roads and mosaics, ancient hill forts, and the complimentary South Cotswolds nearby to the North.

My next video is coming out Saturday at 08:00 and that was filmed in Gloucester. If I were you, I’d stick around because the next month or so it’s gonna be packed full of exciting trips!
Swindon town centre is in the process of being redeveloped and is a mess at the moment as aresult. Another thing to realise is that most of the good parts are not in the town centre which has been bipassed by developments elsewhere in the town. You really need a car to reach a lot of things.
