Divorce is the hardest thing I went through. I was with my ex husband from when I was 15 until I was 30. We have 2 children. 15 years together is a long time but my kids deserved better. I was cheated on, physically and emotionally abused, and he is an alcoholic. I pray you didn't have to go through those things. I'm am praying for you and your boys. You both deserve happiness as well as the children. You making this choice for all of you sounds like the best choice for whatever reason behind it. You do not have to tell people exactly why the divorce. All that matters is everyone’s happiness and health. One day at a time. That’s all you can do. Eventually you will get back into the swing of things again and feel normal again. Love you guys!

I’m sorry you’ve been put into this situation. My parents divorced when I was a little older than your boys. We had court ordered therapy and I hated it at first but it helped me so so so much. Also, the dog could become an ESA if you’re qualified for it. ESA’s are protected under fair housing act. I hope things look up for you ❤

After almost 20 years of marriage (the last 10 being a stay at home mom) I left and started over with just my children. It took me finally getting happy to realize how unhappy I really was.
You can force payout for 50% of value. Also many places have financial aid gfor familynlaw
Make his do an assumption of the mortgage and pay you out the equity. He can’t do it because he has no income but you can force his hand at doing something. Say you want your liability off the mortgage. They cannot argue that.

I would make sure you get the custody on paper your 50 /50 and get it notarized so he cant pull not returning them to you cuz you moved out

If you can't get an attorney, try a paralegal. I think you're getting the raw end of the deal on the house.

Sounds like you should really have made him move out one way or another. Not fair that he doesn't work and gets to stay in the nice big house and you have to live in an apartment when you probably contributed more to the house

@@stephaniebowen3095 jesssfam refused to remove the video. If the video was removed then she could have kept her job at the church but jesssfam would not take it down.. it’s an older video.. I don’t know why Ryan don’t work for the church anymore…

Honestly, I don’t think so because she had a fall out with Jess way before.
I think it does have somewhat something to do with Jessfam. She was basically asked to leave the job at the church for things she had done on VIDEO with Jessfam and that probably had pressure on her husband as he was the preacher. She also mentioned he quit his job which may also be connected to the stuff that took place with Jessfam and he being in some of Jessfams videos. She may not be all to blame but probably added to the reason why.

You kept your marriage private on your TH-cam channel.. When your divorce is settled you should get half of the money from the house even if he keeps it…. I assume he is not paying you any child support because he don’t work. Keep your head up because you are doing a great job taking care of the boys alone.. You got this 🙏❤️
