The idea & art are genuinely incredible! Coming from a DR & general mystery death game genre fan, I hope that obscure completely unknown dev you mentioned commits to writing this idea at the very least because it’s extremely cool & intriguing

Like the Balck Agnes design, reminds me of a similar Stand I used when I DM's a Jojo inspired DnD campaign. Also digging Christie-Cleeks design, looks like a mix something from Aline Madness and The Suffering.
I love the concept of personas in death games, just a suggestion. i would love to see famous villains or killers as persona example James Moriarty Devil,Elizabeth Bathory lovers, queen of hearts empress and al capone hirophant
All of the Personas in this story were chosen because they have one very specific thing in common...some may figure it out on their own, others may have to learn by watching the story unfold.
'Mad Gasser' Did we crossover with The Suffering? Thought for sure That would a get a Crossover with Shadow Hearts if it got a crossover fan project due to how the Malefactors and shit worked so similarly to Malice in Shadow Hearts. Not to Mention Torque's Shapeshifting Ability (And also implied ability of the guy writing the notes in the first game.) being not too dissimilar to Harmonixers ability and the dangers of using it, as if it was a Half-Awakened Harmonixer form and that Torque and the Note-Writer are on the cusp of a full awakening. My April Fools joke for your Strain is a psychotic comparison someone on TVTropes made that weirdly meshes well and has nothing to do with the video other than the fact Mad Gasser reminded me of one of the Ghosts in The Suffering which reminded me of said theory.
This is just an idea I had but a cool video idea could be about what tarot arcana newer SMT demons would be in, like the new demons from SMT4, SMT4:A, Strange Journey REDUX and SMT5, some are pretty obvious like Zeus in the Emperor arcana or Cleopatra in the Lovers arcana but others are trickier like Loup Garou or Anahita
Those all look badass. Its intreasting how all the personas are all based on serial killers and other madman, which concidring that like you said its a death game it makes perfact sense.
To be fair these are all s rank designs and in my opinion better then the initial personas of both persona 2s except maya maya is the only good initial persona in my eyes
I would rather you rank all tje Justice Arcana petsonae from every Persona game out there with the Phoenix Wright footage n the background for some playful irony.
I can’t say for certain. Given their unlock method I may not fully reveal them until the final game is out. I’ve gotta play that one more by ear given the story.

Admittedly I don't think Mad Gasser ever actually killed anyone, but I thought the figure was just too good not to use for this.
