    Ingredients for Grandma's Apple Cake:
    - 500 g white flour;
    - 150 g sugar;
    - 2 g salt;
    - 200 g butter from the freezer;
    - 150 ml cold milk;
    - 1 egg;
    - 1.5 kg apples;
    - 50-60 g vanilla powdered sugar;
    - 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon;
    We cook everything in a preheated oven at 180 degrees, bottom and top heat, for about 35-40 minutes.

    Asta nu e prăjitură cu mere, asta e plăcintă cu mere, așa făcea bunica. Bunica nu călea asa mult mărul, zahăr punea 2 linguri la 2 kg de măr răzălit pe răzătoarea mare, puțin le storcea de seamă. Mărul rămânea șuvițe în plăcinta cu mere. Bunica făcea plăcinta într-o tavă mai mare, i-ar în tava de friptură făcea plăcintă cu prune.
    În schimb mama, într-adevăr făcea prăjitură cu mere nu făcea plăcintă. Aluatul, masa era mai fină, de se topea în gură. La fel mărul îl călea mai mult aproape că devenea pastă așa cum a călit d-nul Constantin.
    Sincer, mie întotdeauna mi-au plăcut mai mult plăcintele de la bunica, de modă veche, cu mere, cu prune, cu brânză dulce, brânză sărată, cu griș, cu magiun dulceață, cu varză, cu carne, langoși, gogoși, etc. Nu m-am dat de loc în vânt, după prăjiturile fine cu creme, cu frișcă, pe care mama ni le făcea mereu.Tot ceea ce făcea bunica mi-au plăcut și încă le mai prefer. Și eu știu să fac tot ceea ce făcea bunica.
    Nu voi schimba niciodată un lichiu cu brânză dulce și stafide, pe un amărât de tiramisu sau pe un diplomat. Am dat un exemplu. 😊

    Mariana Galati . Dl Paul , sigur nu punem si o liguriță de bicarbonat , sau praf de copt ?! Mă tem ca nu va creste si va ramîne aluatul crud . Va rog să îmi raspundeti . Vin nepoții în vizită si vreau sa le fac o surpriză .

      Daca nu puneti praf de copt, aluatul nu ramane crud ci ar putea fi mai putin nisipos.Nici daca puneti un praf de copt in faiana ,nu este greasit, sigur va fi o crusta frageda. Va mai zic de la nevasta mea citire ca nu e musai sa caliti merele ,puteti doar sa lescurgeti bine in pumni si sa adaugati putin ulei- la prajitura asta cam 35 ml- apoi zahar si mirodenii cum a facut dl Paul.. Daca dupa ce ati intepat foaia de sus cu furculita , o veti presara cu zahar tos, prajitura va avea un aspect frumos si nu mai necesar sa dati cu zahar pudra. Mai ales ca nepotii , stiti si dv., nu prea sunt atenti...Sper sa nu-l supar pe Sef, dar m-am gandit ca aveti o urgenta.😃

    Cu tot respectul daca e prajitura cu mar a bunici de ce nu scrieti reteta originala.
    Bunicile noastre nu foloseau unt, va multumesc ca in viitor veti scrie si gramajul pentru untura .
