I didn't watch Wolf Hall series 2 because it was historically inaccurate. There were no black Tudors. Incidentally there were no white tribal chiefs capturing black people for the slave trade.

We had one in London suburb that I grew up in, and children would follow him about because they were so curious.
I have a problem with this. If they only stayed for a few years, it's highly unlikely they had children. No bloodline then, so not Tudor at all. This is like a man trying to prove in civil court that he wasn't involved in an accident with another vehicle by showing a dozen pictures of his vehicle to a jury, none of which show a clear shot of the fender that would have been damaged when he pulled out in front of the plaintiff's vehicle. Artists of the time had no problem portraying someone as black, yet when paintings of the time are surveyed, the S-S Africans are missing. Attempts to claim that S-S Africans built England are of course laughable, but proponents of the idea can't seem to find any art that supports their claim.
