This tune features e-ther, used as a MIDI controller with a synth in Logic called Space Strings
The title of the tune alludes to the fact that I began by rolling dice to generate some notes for a melody. It grew into something that might conjure up a casino in an exotic location with tense moments as well as excitement.

That was awesome. Nice Theremining (is that a word?). I like that karate chop technique on the right hand. It sounds kinda like an upward slide on a guitar. Hopefully you saw my latest vid with the e-ther. I’m pretty bad with it but I managed to make it work.

Yes! I did see it Kale and I can't tell you how excited I was to see it in use. So excited that I spent time sharing your video and failed to leave a comment!
You're right, there is a built-in 'slide' as a side effect of smoothing the noise from the sensors. It means you can move your hand out of the way to slide up to the maximum value, or interrupt the beam to slide down to that position. A little playing with the range control makes sure that the highest note is in tune with your music.

@@midi_in I need to mess with that. It's a cool effect.
