That's always a hard question to answer, but imo I think they will be, however prices will likely go up and down between now and then on some cards The D23 cards I think will only keep going up regardless how this game does because it's Disney. I think hei hei league promo will go up some day as it's more limited than the Erratas that been changed in the reprints. Since it's not getting reprinted, that's it, but there is still a lot in circulation There are quite a few factors to take into consideration, and it's always hard to predict how the value will increase or decrease For starters I heard that Ravensburger has at least the first 20 sets already designed, and planned which seems right if they do 4 releases a year That would put them out on at least a 5 year schedule. Which seems about right for game like this I also heard that they will start promoting their competitive league Q3-4 2024, which will also help keep the game going strong. These are just my opinions so remember I could be wrong, but I feel like it'll hold some value Coming from pokemon, I see this is kind of like that, as there are players who play, and others who just like to collect the cards, but don't play. If you plan on collecting, I'd recommend play the long game. It be interesting to see what a box of chapter 1 will sell for 25 years down the road Magic has had common cards spike because they've added new formats like commander. While I don't see Ravensburger adding any major formats in 5 years, if they ever do, could also increase the price of cards Tldr: If the game remains popular which I think it will, cards will hold value. Some will fluctuate as other set release make other cards either more or less desirable, but in 5 years I think the cards will hold value. They may dip some as more are printed to demand, but the enchanteds will still hold some value as they are hard to get.
hey there my bosster box is the print with 050523CM2 on the back and it has errata cards but cant seem to find many of these posted how rare is this box
Your box is likely second print, so the cards have the correct text on them The first run of the first chapter has the cards with the incorrect text. I don't think it's very rare tbh. They reprinted lots of first chapter since, and it all should be fixed, with the exception of Simba enchanted I believe, as they said they won't be fixing that. Probably so not to drive the original price up I assume. Don't think I've seen much discussions in the box codes Tbh there have been some printing issues as I've seen a lot of cards with typos, misprint, etc out of the packs Don't know if that helps
alright so ive done my research and it turns out mine is first print the 050523 is the date and ive found the cards pulled from an old box ii opened up with the same code in the beginning and they have the error cards with the missing print, thanks for your insight tho this was educational for me and for you to ii hope ! @@CardZstation-ch7ho
Typically yes, but all depends on how common the error is If all the cards printed have the same errors on them, not so much, but if a 1 out of 10 or 100 have the error, then it'll be more sought after by collectors There are a few factors which may effect an error card price Is it a one off error? How many cards in circulation have the same error? A lot of things can happen between printing the card and to when it reaches store shelves One example I know in magic the gathering and I see it with lorcana too, is when the cards get packaged some cards will get crimped during the pack sealing process. These cards have become sought after by collectors as it happens when the cards are being sealed in packs Another example is Surfer stitch. The German and French cards, some of them have 1 lore printed on it instead of 2 lore These will likely increase in value as time goes on. Especially since the Reprints happening this Dec will have the correct value (Please check out my errata video th-cam.com/video/rnv7w8PdkNs/w-d-xo.html for more information)

That's pretty cool. Didn't know some of them. Wish I had bought some of those French packs when I saw them
Same
Correctly pronounce a card from Moana challenge (Impossible)
I will admit, I sometimes suck at pronouncing some names
The Simba was not updated, most likely to prevent price speculation since its an enchanted.
Do you think lorcana will hold its value? Say in 5yrs do you think the first two sets will be worth anything?

@@CardZstation-ch7ho thank you!
@@calibomber209 You are quite welcome 😁
I have an English surfer stitch and it says it quests for 2 lore!
Has anyone seen a Stitch Surfer in English that gives 1 lore?
I swear I thought I saw some posted on Facebook, but maybe those were the German cards
Surfer stitch foils are going for 500€ now on ebay
I assume that is the German misprint you talking about?
That is a lot of cash
At that point, just buy an elsa with that money
