You can actually get to Wonder Tower after it explodes without cheats. If you grapnel boost and quick dive bomb you can get high enough to grapple to a gargoyle.

Years late but you can actually sequence break a part of the game so easily that I did it accidentally and couldn't figure out what was wrong for a bit. Although it doesn't go anywhere and is unproductive but here it is: When you go up in the elevator on wonder tower, there's a bunch of guys to ambush you and you're supposed to beat them up and use the cryptographic sequencer on a gate, but if you grapple above the elevator and glide over them you can hack the gate undisturbed and climb to the top, where the main part of the tower shouldn't have spawned in yet, because it spawns when you beat the guys up. If it was a regular door you had to press X or A to open (Playstation and Xbox controls) to take you to a different location entirely it would have a check to question if you cleared the area, but I think the only thing that can stop you from using any particular gadget aside from your quantity and position is getting punched in the face
