I started playing this yesterday, played all day and I am obsessed 😂 between coral island, dreamlight valley and animal crossing I officially have too many cosy games to play.

no cuz i hate when i have to double scythe the trash when im diving, so i fully upgraded my scythe into osmium 😭😭 like i literally went to the cave just so i can get materials to upgrade my scythe 😭😭

are you playing on console? I think that's a bug right now
I had this happen when I was playing on my Xbox One so it uses cloud gaming (only Xbox X/S can download). If that’s the case for you, I got around it by spamming the trigger buttons which seemed to force it to stay connected and I was able to keep spamming them through the cutscene to complete it. You can also load the same save on pc to get past that part (it’s on gamepass for PC as well if you have that) and save your day before going back to Xbox.
I wish I could play this game but it is sooo buggy on console. I can't even make it through a whole day most the time without it crashing 😢
Oh that sucks! I've had some pretty constant lag which is annoying but hopefully they adjust it soon
No worries, I crash at least 1-3 times a day on pc too 😅
This game's gives me Stardew Valley meets Disney vibes with tiny bit Animal Crossing thrown in. I'm out of my farming sim phase so unfortunately I'm not interested in this game. Hope you enjoy it though.

Be honest: the game barely runs *at all*, and crashes constantly when it does. Their discord is chock full of people complaining about this. The hitching and lagging on Xbox makes it practically unplayable. The more you misrepresent the game's state, the more people are being duped out of their money for a "1.0 release" that's hardly even fit to be called a beta.
Is it possible this is just the cloud gaming experience through Xbox? I have a similar experience playing on my Xbox One since the game is actually for Xbox X/S so it only runs on the cloud gaming servers which can be total poo when they’re busy. But I’ve played the same save on PC since it’s cross-save (which is awesome) and have never had an issue there. I’m curious to know if the people having Xbox issues aren’t on an X/S which might be the problem.
True however it's mostly free to purchase now - didn't cost me anything through Xbox game pass. Kayla is playing in a super powerful pc so may not be having nearly as many issues as the rest of us are, in xbox.

It runs fine on my 2019 HP (nongaming) laptop.
@@gamergeekchic Not sure why my reply got deleted. All I said was that I'm on a Series X and the game is installed. I also have full-duplex fiber to the house with gigabit copper to the console.
