Is it not redundant to be having this panel discussion when the significant parties to the ensuing conflict are NOT represented on the panel? Too, what needs to be acknowledged by not obviously stated is the influence of US Foreign policy that changes or in flux with each new Administrative governance: principally a `thorn' in side of M.E. countries and their ability to come to mutual resolve of differences that may not coincide with US interests in the region principally `oil-security'.
