Sorry to hear you have an annoying cancerous lump to deal with- hope it gets sorted, and wishing you all the best with it. Definitely eat as healthy as you feel you can. I believe it all helps, but don't just eat healthy bits for the sake of it- someone said to me that seasoning is so important and also mixing it up a bit. I love Korean food for example, and am trying to experiment a little with the healthy veggie options there, and all the amazing flavours. X
@sarahsselection IYou probably would love Middle Eastern food to as it has plenty of spices in.Hope all goes well with you with your hysterectomy. So much better now than when I had it.I had cancer in my early 20s and had a hys when I was 26..Make sure you take it easy after you've had it Sarah.Dont push yourself 🥰

So glad u r wanting to go for your op in the best health possible as after the surgery this will be so helpful for a speedy recovery which i know u want as you r not the best patient... u said that not me sarah lol. Wrap looked like a good alternative to mcdonalds better on the old pocket too.. that temp at night is also my idea of hell on earth . A day out of date is neither here nor there infact i will admit to having eating greek yogurt over a week out of date i am still alive.. pepsi max in any shape or form is welcome in this weather its really muggy and hot here too the one good thing is ice cool drinks and icecream . M&s have a new range of crisps out so i need to get down there and work my way through them and i am really loveing their pinapple and cocunut smootie especially if u pour a glass and set it into the freeze foe around half a hour delish px
Sarah lose the butter on the wrap its not going to add anything and will save u a few cals also if to have some lettuce shove it in to bulk it out and i sometimes throe in a few nuts then you get these little surprise bites of crunch .... maybe thats peculiar???
Nuts are always good. Always! And yes, the butter will be going to my mother. I don't even really eat butter normally- it was for a couple of scones originally! X
@@sarahsselection i remember that i hope u enjoyex the scones but as your craving was a teacake maybe u should keep it as you might pick them up this week . They are lovely toasted with butter and jam for breakfast i tend to have a slice of fruit loaf or brioche loaf mid morning as i am not to keen on the traditional breakfasts px
@@sarahsselection i am happy to hear it. Also get your act together and stock up from iceland 3 packs of 24 cans in mango max and lime for 12 pounds not sure its about 35p per can put them in the boot of the car and it wont happen again px
