    Wow. Its Really cool that you can choose how deep it etches

    It just turned out beautifully. Can this operation be performed with the rectifier alone?

    Hi, nice etching on that blade, l use a Internet modem power supply 12v, salt and white vinegar, or salt and water would you recommend?

    What kind of battery charger do you have?

    • @Make-it-work
      @Make-it-work  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      that should be irrelevant if you have a reasonable battery (the one I was using had been discarded)

      No the battery didn't seem to get warm when we were doing this project we only had it connected for 10 to 15 minutes if I remember correctly

    I don't have a battery can I connect it with ac voltage of 240 v with copper wire

    • @Make-it-work
      @Make-it-work  5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      NO! that would be extremely dangerous. the best thing to do would be just take a pair of jumper cables to a vehicle and use the battery in a vehicle

      I'm not sure and you might run the risk of damaging your charger

      @@Make-it-work you're saying hook the knife up to the vehicle, or the 12v up to the vehicle.. i know nothing about electricity.

      @@mullmiller I'm saying use the battery in the vehicle as if the vehicle didn't exist just connect it like I did in the video (if it sounds complicated be safe and get someone to help you who's worked with vehicles)

    It is a nice way how to make the edge of the knife! But the details are not that good what I would like to have. I saw a technique when u use a cut sticker to avoid the not exact edges. Anyway, it is a cool technique what I was thinking about if it possible. Thank you. It is a very useful video.

      Which technique please ?

      you could have your negative piece free for manual application, and using nail polish is a great way to draw designs by hand

    Will it work on a chrome finish pistol? And will I get electrocuted If I use a fully charged car battery.

    • @Make-it-work
      @Make-it-work  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      I'm not sure if it would work but it wouldn't hurt to try. A fully charged 12 volt battery can't hurt you so you should be good besides a 12 volt battery is only 3 volts more than a 9 volt battery which are commonly tested using your tongue to see if they're live

    Hi !!! how many AMPS has the battery??? reguards

    • @Make-it-work
      @Make-it-work  6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I'm not sure how many amps it draws as to the battery itself it was just an old quad battery and it didn't really seem to get warm so it probably doesn't need much
