House Flipper 2 Sandbox Mode | Custom No. 1 - Modern Home | The Ballard House Inspiration

Welcome to my first House Flipper 2 Sandbox build. This home is inspired by a set of architectural drawings of a home titled "The Ballard House." My biggest challenge was translating real-life measurements to House Flipper 2 in-game measurements. The house pushed the limits of my game, and as you can see, some of the video shows flickering.
