you can only access that 'other' garage during that particular part in the story, after that it'll act as any other safehouse and send you to the main garage.

both cars if i remember correct has 276bhp as it's standard skyline are bigger but it's faster as it has altessa all wheel drive,Like you said it works as rear wheel drive till there's to much power on the back wheels and it shiftrs 50% of power to the front wheels.That is not something you can add to a game.I agree the skyline is a faster car but i doubt EA tested the cars.
