Repeat light cones is actually good. You can Superimpose them! Basically fuse the same light cones up to 5 times. Take that Luka light cone you just got and fuse it with the other one. It'll be more powerful.

Go for E1 Jade she gets less restrictive on what content she can do and e1 is her best eidolon definitely
