Could you give me the measurement of the opening in your bumper to allow for the twin tips? I have a factory M sport bumper on my 2003 540i and I'm wondering if these will fit without trimming the exhaust opening, they look great!
I didn't remove the resonator because i didn't want it to be too loud. I like the nice quiet ride. I'm getting old and have been through my obnoxious exhaust stage haha.

Thanks! I did some reworking of it to better integrate the tips. They are staggered now and set back another inch or so.

my brother has a 7000 mile mint 540 with m package with every option for sale. can be in museum. not cheap

Nice sound but you have to take the Y-resonator off also. Then you will see the difference.
