    I would probably sleep for days if I wouldnt have all my alarms on... I sometimes dont even hear them (I use like 20 tho😂)

      Happy Summer Scent go to sleep at the same tame everyday. Then set your alarm at the same time everyday.
      After a while you don't need the alarm anymore

    Add cinnamon to your vinegar routine. It dramatically cuts the vinegar taste plus it's good for your blood sugar regulation and no added sugar!

      Aggie Carillo I wake up at 6-7 I don't use alarms when I went to school my dad always wake me and my brother up at 6 in highschool but I always end up waking at 5 o'clock or 5-10 before I had to get up so my dad stopped waking me up cuz I be already up my bro be the one getting up like 15 minutes before school starts

      Just go to bed early and you'll be surprised how early you wake up also don't take naps because then it'll be hard to go to sleep

    Loved this! A recommendation: drink the ACV with a straw!! It is so bad for your teeth, i drink it with a straw. Otherwise it could create erosion in your teeth..also I brush my teeth before drinking so that I have a protective layer on my teeth as well.

    I love youtubers morning routines because it reminds me that there are people who actually have time to do all of these things. I, as a med student who does social service and works 34 hours a week, have no time to do all of this. Like sometimes I dont even have time to eat more than 1 meal a day

    I've tried this morning routine for about 1 week now the only things I've changed is
    I use an alarm clock
    No apple cider vinegar
    No coffee
    Instead of "Work" I go outside and play with my dog
    For breakfast I usually have like yogurt or healthy cereal
    I don't use makeup
    I've Been having more energy and been losing weight! Dropped from 4-3

      Rei Toei you know what? I slept in a "sleep bra" (it's like a super soft sports bra but with minimal support) and cotton pj shorts and it's soooo much more comfortable than my usual sleep attire! I'm 48 and my teenage daughter gave me the idea to sleep in the "sleep bra". I picked it up at Nordstrom's and haven't looked back! So comfy! I am a D cup so it's actually way more comfy for me to sleep in this than just us regular pj t-shirt, 😊

    My breakfast diet routine is scrambled eggs, spinach, tomato, bazil, and pepper, with Italian ranch, in a salad bowl with whole wheat toast. ( Bread.)the breakfast has to be anything healthy. My dinner diet is cucumber spaghetti stings, with tomato, bazil and my homemade spaghetti sauce.

    Ok I made the deodorant and I'm wearing for the first time and so far I love it. I don't smell like anything! I have sweated cuz it's hot outside but no smell! I hope it stays like this! Does it last for a while or do you need to dump it and make new ones?

      YES!!!!! Isn't it crazy? I've had mine going for well over a month and it's great. I usually keep it in the fridge cause I like how it feels and maybe it stays better in there?

      It's going to be a little bit grainy, which is why putting it in a mold and keeping it in the fridge is ideal. It rubs in really well though and you can easily dust off any excess :)

      No mine isn't grainy or sticky. I put mine in a small tupperware and use my fingers to rub it on and it melts when i touch it and smooths out and then dries really nicely.

    My Morning Routine Is Just Like Yours!! But It's Kinda Different.First I Wake Up In The Morning And I Go Ahead And Change Into My Morning Clothes I Usually Wear A White Top Showing My Belly Button And Some Soft Warm Colorful Pants And Do Yoga For 20 Min After That I Go Put On My Morning Warm Pink Robe And Head To The Kitchen To Eat Breakfast I Usually Eat An Omelette And Have Some Toasted Bread With Almond Milk To Drink.After That I Head To The Bathroom And Use The Toilet And Wash My Hands Than Brush My Teeth With Colgate That's What My Toothpaste Is Called.Than I Change Into My School Clothes I Have A Shirt And It's Plain Pink Showing My Belly Button And Have Sky Blue Jeans After That I Brush My Hair And Put An Bun On Than Get My Bookbag On And My White Lace Shoes On And Leave The House!

    Wake up at 12
    Eat EVERYTHING in my kitchen
    Brush my teeth
    Go back to my bed
    Watch tv and be on my phone
    Eat again
    Shower
    Sleep at 3am or 4

    I really need a video on how to train my body to wake up because I don't wake up until like 11/12 sometimes 1 pm it's so hard omg

      everyone's body is really different, but it will depend on how much sleep you get too. Also if you are getting plenty of sleep and still feel really tired in the morning you may want to talk to a dr. about it.

      Erin Rowley I used to wake up around 11/12 but then i was getting to bed at 12 but i started getting to bed at 10:30 and ive found that i've started waking up around 9. Or you could have an iron deficiency like my mum which makes her really tired x

    If you have dry skin just use olive oil it is the most nourishing and moisturizing it's thicker than most but it's a good night moisturizer in my opinion I use coconut oil as a day moisturizer since it's lighter on the skin plus natural spf then 3 drops of lavender and some olive oil it with it really good for the skin (:

    My alarm clock used to make the most irritating loud ringing sound so first time I used it I threw it on the floor so now it's broken and most of the time I sleep in so much all I can do is get dressed and tie my hair in a ponytail and head to school looking like I just had a fight with a bear.

      Absolutely! As long as you are getting protein from foods you're eating like fish, chicken, beans, nuts etc.

      Haha, protein powder is honestly just a replacement for if you don't have time to cook for a meal a day. I don't recommend using it as a replacement everyday. It's good for you, but it's so much better for you getting it from natural foods.

    I wish I was that alert at 4:30 in the morning! 🙄😀That's what time I get up so I can exercise before work! Trying to train my body so I'm use to it! The struggle is real! 😫😃 I want to be healthy though so I will do it. I have PCOS so I need the exercise and time to prep my food in the mornings! Thanks for the video!😁

      Girl I definitely couldn't do 4:30 either. That's real early for sure! I get it, with hypothyroidism some days are tough, but definitely feel so much better with the right nutrition and exercise!
