Hi Cindy! You will really enjoy the headache cap. I use it when I get sinus/pressure headaches from the pressure due to weather changes (which is severe in Western KY where I live). The cap makes me feel so much better within just a few minutes.
@@WelcomeToMyCurls Do you keep an eye on the barometric pressure? There’s a correlation for many people (I’m one) between a drop in pressure and headaches. Check the app for the Weather Channel when you get headaches. The barometric pressure will have an up arrow or down arrow or equal sign telling you whether the pressure is rising, falling or holding steady. If you find a correlation for yourself, it could help you get in front of a headache by allowing you to medicate ahead of time. An ibuprofen and an extra strength Tylenol (I like the fast release gels of each for this) may just help you head it off at the pass.

Just bought the book! It sounds amazing! As for the tumbler, wouldn't you know that I bought a Yeti only two weeks ago ... and it's a lot more expensive, but I do love it for similar reasons. I love all the stuff that you recommend and have bought several items (MK shoulder bag ❤️, Chom chom ❤️ and several others) that’s how much you influence, I love the way you go into so much detail and that you’ve actually used the product. There is one thing however that you may have done a video on but I cannot recall is your little black top that you wear while on video. Hi Renee, love your critter videos! I appreciate your Amazon suggestions because I too shop there and have since it was first started a long time ago, think 20 years ago or so. I like trying new things but I have to disagree with you on your tumbler. In my opinion, Green Steel's The Beast is the best. Their lids have silicone closures so no broken bits and trust me I've gone through many many tumblers where the slider or snap broke. Just a thought 🤔! Have a couple of things I need to share with you that I think will make you smile. I recently watched your video on redecorating your bedroom and pillows for your new couch. I had to get to the nearest KIRKLANDs which is about 40 miles from me because I needed to find those swags for the door. Well the 1st KIRKLANDs I went to they had sold out the day before. They called across town for me and that store had sold out on that day. The third store in Columbus had 2 left but by this time I did not want to drive around (Columbus, Ohio )to maybe get them. To me who had had an early am appt. Before I started my shopping journey) it was not worth it. Darn, they were not getting more and they could not be ordered. Alas maybe I better think about making my own. I so enjoy watching your videos to me you are REAL and that is what the majority of our population are looking for. I do think (back to the swags) that the reason the swags so out was your video on decorating and then stating where you got them. I love KIRKLANDS they are full of great, interesting things and those swags were 30% off that day. Alas there will be. Thank you for sharing.

Hi Renee, love your critter videos! I appreciate your Amazon suggestions because I too shop there and have since it was first started a long time ago, think 20 years ago or so. I like trying new things but I have to disagree with you on your tumbler. In my opinion, Green Steel's The Beast is the best. Their lids have silicone closures so no broken bits and trust me I've gone through many many tumblers where the slider or snap broke. Just a thought 🤔! Looking forward to your other suggestions 😊 Hug your fur angels for me!!!

Hi! The gel inside the headache cap is cool itself even at room temp. But when it’s been in the freezer and you put it on, you’ll get 30ish minutes of cold cold cold.

Have a couple of things I need to share with you that I think will make you smile. I recently watched your video on redecorating your bedroom and pillows for your new couch. I had to get to the nearest KIRKLANDs which is about 40 miles from me because I needed to find those swags for the door. Well the 1st KIRKLANDs I went to they had sold out the day before. They called across town for me and that store had sold out on that day. The third store in Columbus had 2 left but by this time I did not want to drive around (Columbus, Ohio )to maybe get them. To me who had had an early am appt. Before I started my shopping journey) it was not worth it. Darn, they were not getting more and they could not be ordered. Alas maybe I better think about making my own. I so enjoy watching your videos to me you are REAL and that is what the majority of our population are looking for. I do think (back to the swags) that the reason the swags so out was your video on decorating and then stating where you got them. I love KIRKLANDS they are full of great, interesting things and those swags were 30% off that day. Alas there will be. Thank you for sharing.
