For all the people asking K&L to make locomotives that they want, please stop. They already have plenty of projects at the moment, so be patient.
For real... each project takes steve at least a month to finish, and he's got something like 20 commissions going at any time.

And if they don’t listen, then they’ll be blocked and be roasted in a boiling pot of chili for good! IDK What the fuck is wrong with them. They gotta start paying attention more! I mean, I used to be a foamer but not anymore because of all the truths and advice that I saw in the Internet and Social Media. Now I understand what’s really happening in those websites!

It's a real pity C&O 1189 wasn't preserved. It spent several years at Ravenna, KY into the 70s, and if it was saved, it sure would have made for a great excursion engine on the New River Trains.
Andrew Boyd at least this model will keep the class’s legacy alive.
K&L Trainz should add the Union Pacific MK-9 class heavy mikados.
I hope K&L makes a New Haven Railroad J-1 2-8-2 in the future.
Trainz Forge Would make a Frisco 4-8-4 "Meteor" In the future also.

Don’t forget the L-2 Hudsons and all the Pacifics that came before them. It’s kind of surprising that they haven’t made the T-1 yet since it’s very similar to the PRR J1 and they already made that one

Have you guys ever thought about doing the prr S2 turbine or the prr q1 or q2 all of those are amazing engines that don’t have ant good models for trainz a new era
The Q2 was made by Greencoast Studios, the S2 was sidelined by Greencoast Studios, so he has to restart the project. and as for the Q1, it defiantly needs to be commissioned to be made by K&L Trainz. And if Greencoast Studios cancels the S2 project, then I’ll commission K&L to make the S2 and the Q1 duplexes.

THANK YOU! People don’t realize Steve has like 15 commissions he’s working on. I put my money where my mouth was and commissioned a project of my own. It’s gonna be sick. He’s 25% done with the locomotive, rolling stock is going to be a bit longer. Should be Q1 2021.

Good engine just runs out of boiler pressure fast and I taken it slow to get going even qt full speed it just runs out

Haven't done too much on it. Been working on a tank engine for a new route coming out by Approach Medium. Once it's done in a week or so i'll be back to work on 290

Yes, the TANE versions of all K&L models will work in Trainz 2019 and 2022.

Absolutely wonderful model! I have a question for the K&L Team, have you guys ever considered modelling any foreign locomotives? Locomotives from England, Germany, The USSR, India, China or any other country made by this team would be phenomenal! Also reskinning American locomotives for other countries like Cuba would be awesome as well. Either way, you guys are the best Trainz content creators out there. I look forward to you're next release.

Those are called Air Compressors. They were used to deliver Air Pressure to the breaks. The C&O Alleghenies had them, and it was a bit of a trademark.
